• Kyoto - [Experience Details]

1. The staff will provide a lesson on using a brush and applying ink.
2. Practice writing basic characters (Kanji: “One”, “A”, “Forever”, “Kyoto”).
   → You can create a scroll with the Kanji characters you write and take it home.
3. Write your own name in Kanji characters (approximately).
   Our staff will help you choose suitable Kanji characters and explain their meanings.
   Example: Brian → “武礼安” (武 = Martial → military commander/bravery, 礼 = politeness/gratitude, 安 = peace)
   Liz → “梨図” (梨 = Pear, 図 = painting)

Join us for an exciting experience in Traditional Japanese Calligraphy! Discover a new skill and take home some wonderful, authentic Japanese souvenirs!
