1. In emergencies (such as illness or injury) that require immediate treatment or transport, the participant (or their family) will be responsible for the costs. Rescue services (e.g., helicopter) may be requested without prior consent.
2. Mountain rescues can be costly. Participants are required to have mountain insurance that covers rescue, search, and personal liability.

Termination of Tour Participation
Guides may terminate a participant’s tour if:

1. The participant is unfit to continue (due to illness, injury, etc.).
2. Weather or natural conditions render it unsafe.
3. The participant behaves recklessly, refuses to cooperate, or disrupts the tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
