Tour with Ai - We had Ai as our guide and she was absolutely fantastic. She accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining everything in detail, answering all of our questions, and kindly accommodating any request we had. It was both a very interesting and enjoyable experience.

A wonderful experience - What a wonderful experience! Ai, our guide, gave us a superb presentation of the culture of Maiko and Geiko, their living and working quarters. We had the chance to be a spectator of a Maiko show in a shop-manufacture of traditional fans. Ai also played the role of interpreter in a question and answer session with the Maiko. I can only recommend anyone who wants to discover this part of Japanese culture to treat themselves to this experience.

Highly recommended - The tour gives the possibility to learn more about Kyoto and its old district, the history of geishas and performing arts. You can also stop at a few very good shopping spots! Having the chance to see a Maiko perform and being able to ask questions, was an amazing experience. Ai is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic guide (plus her English is perfect).

Geisha /city tour - Overall experience was great! Rin, our tour guide made sure we arrived to right meet up location and was very nice and knowledgeable. He provided great city details and gave us the opportunity to ask questions, took us to stores and gave us recommendations where to go for shopping. Geisha show was amazing.

A great experience!! - Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end! Our guide Ai, was thoughtful, professional, very informative about the history of the Geisha, and a true delight. Our 18 y.o. said it was "cool" and loved the game we played. The dance performance was so graceful and interesting. We highly recommend this tour.
