  A brief introduction to the history of Kyoto and Japanese cuisine will be provided, along with the origins and features of decorative sushi rolls.

Basic Knowledge of Decorative Sushi Rolls
Discover the essential ingredients and tools, including sushi rice, seaweed, and bamboo mats. The session will also cover selecting colors and shapes, preparing sushi rice, and the Japanese philosophy of “cooking with all five senses.”

Hands-On: Making Decorative Sushi Rolls
Craft a design inspired by peach blossoms. Learn techniques for ingredient combination, rolling, and creating stunning patterns.

Experiences are offered daily in Japanese and English. Additionally, sessions in Chinese (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays) and Ukrainian/Russian (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) are available. French-speaking staff can be arranged upon request, but prior confirmation is necessary.
