Unique Experience and a Glimpse into Georgia’s Hidden Side - This tour was a great way to see a very different part of Georgia. The landscapes around Chiatura are fascinating and the old cable cars give you a real sense of history. Visiting Katskhi Pillar was impressive it’s such a special and peaceful place. Our guide was polite, informative and gave us enough time to explore without rushing. It’s not a luxury tour, but it felt authentic and meaningful. A nice experience for those who enjoy discovering something off the usual tourist path.

One of the best tours I’ve had in Georgia - Just wow! I didn’t have high expectations when booking this trip, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing. The day in Chiatura exceeded all my expectations. 1. Guide Tango: the best guide I’ve ever met. A truly passionate person with a great sense of humor and a lot of knowledge. He tells fascinating stories and takes you to places you’d never discover on your own. 2. Location and scenery: breathtaking views throughout the tour and a really interesting town to explore. 3. Atmosphere: maybe it was because of our small group that day, but the atmosphere was incredibly friendly, warm, and full of positive energy. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Georgia from a more authentic and unique perspective

Must-see if you are interested in old industrial architecture - So many interesting places in one day + a great and affordable lunch. Tschiatura is a must-see if you like old industrial architecture. A lot of stops and interesting stories and a great, safe mini van. Tengo was a really fun host. Can recommend!

Great time in Chiatura - Chiatura might be a small town in ageorgia but it's got more hidden gems that you would think. I enjoyed touring the town with our guide Tango who is knowledgeable and easy-going, highly recommend!

Tur - There's a lot to see. It's centralized around a mining town, but it's beautiful. The rock is also beautiful. The cable car, however, is a cable car, not a cable car. (Better for us)

Interesting trip but overrated - What the visit is is entertaining and the guide is friendly but somewhat forced in what the conversations are. I think there were some things that could have been better done like some visit to some more communist monument or bypass the visit of the train station that doesn’t make much sense or the abandoned private hospital. What above all detracts from the merit of this trip is the overprice paid, the fact that the minibus has no air conditioning and was going to give us all a sunstroke and that at the end of the trip the guide went one by one requesting the 5 stars on TripAdvisor. That's not how you do things. They should also offer discounts to children and the disabled. Ultimately, if you are looking for a local operator you may be taught everything for half the price.
