Many orangutans! - A great guide whose knowledge was excellent. I saw the orangutans so close and watched them appear from the jungle, feed and return. Well worth the trip!

Best way to see orangutans up close in a short trip - The guide is very knowledgeable about the centre and the individual orangutans, how they came to be there, the work of the rehab centre. It's not possible to see wild orangutans without a much longer overnight trip that hike into conservation parks, for a short trip, this is the best option. There are several viewing platforms, and the orangutans can be seen quite close up. There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions from the guide and rangers. Bring binoculars if you can -we saw orangutans in the trees feeding on figs and our generous guide lent us a pair! We thoroughly enjoyed this short trip, we learned a lot, and helped to support the work of the rehab centre.

Great, just how it should be. - Fantastic, our tour guide Wesley was very knowledgeable of all things in the area. The Orangutan's go about their life with minimal human interactions. The park supplements their diets when it’s harder to find food with in the jungle.

Wildlife at its best - We were lucky - we saw seven orangutan on our afternoon trip. Those that went in the morning that day only saw one. That's the nature of wildlife I'm afraid. But even if we'd only seen one, the trip would have been worth it. Kim, our tour guide, was brimming over with knowledge and arranged everything for us, so all we had to do was a short trek through the forest followed by a peaceful and quiet hour watching these wonderful creatures. Well worth the trip.

Visit to Orangutan's - Sarawak - Great day - got to see first Orangutang right from arriving. Later seen one of the older males be joined by one of the younger females to eat. Such a wonderful sight. Jaybee was my tour guide and he was really informative - also went that extra bit to give some history of Sarawak and Kuching. Put this on your list of things to do while visiting this area.

Enjoyable & comfortable tour to Semenggoh - I was lucky to see 2 Orang Utans during their morning feeding time, also good timing due to no queues at the entrance and great sunny weather. Wesley as my guide and driver was very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made sure that I was always informed about what's going on and gave me a lot of insight into the wildlife center as well as Malaysian and Borneo life. So I had a great, comfortable and interesting tour, I can only recommend :)

An amazing experience! - An excellent way to experience the orangutans in their own environment. We were collected at the hotel, and our guide gave us a comprehensive narrative about the area and orangutans on the way to the rehab centre. He also ensured we used sufficient mosquito repellent. We were lucky to experience a mum and baby feeding, and an older male feeding - in fact we saw 8 in total! The rangers guide you to the best feeding platforms. I would recommend taking the shuttle buggy up to the feeding areas. A great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Wesley shared a wonderful introduction to Semengghoh - We had a great visit to see the Semenggoh orangutans! Wesley was an excellent guide. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, but he also gave great advise about where to spend our time, which gave us the chance to observe some unusually active and interesting behaviors.
