Excellent Overview - Excellent overview of KL. Great driver and guide. You really need more time to see this wonderful city but it gave us a taste to want to return. Gvn took us to Market and Food Court. Great stop! Allow more time here

Overall we enjoyed the... - Overall we enjoyed the tour through KL, but there were some things that did not go smoothly. We enjoyed many of the sights on the itinerary, and our guide was good at adjusting the amount of time at different stops when we wanted to stay less or more time. By midday our guide/driver hadn't mentioned where or when we would stop for lunch, so I asked about it - he seemed surprised we wanted lunch, but took us to a place that had delicious biryani. I did find that some of the places we visited (coffee, chocolate), we felt pressured to buy something. The tour is clearly designed for cruise passengers, but our driver (whose name we do not know, because he never introduced himself) said that we were his first cruise port pick-up. I'm also not sure that the tour operator understood the non-negotiable timing for getting us back onboard. This is always our biggest worry booking a tour with an outside company, and not the cruise. The morning of the tour, I received a message from the operator that our tickets for the Petronas Twin Towers Observatory would be at 3:3o and the tour lasts 40 min. I told them we had to return to the port by 5, and asked for an earlier time and they were able to move it up to 3pm. While on the Sky Bridge part of the tour, it became clear that it was going to be closer to an hour-long tour and we asked to head back down without seeing the 360-degree view observation deck. We were right to do that, because traffic out of the city was congested and we got back to the port just in time for the last shuttle.
