A magical and relaxing evening tour - Watching hundreds of fireflies flicker in the mangroves and glimpsing the glowing Blue Tears was truly unforgettable. The optional eagle-watching was a great bonus, and the separate stop at the Hindu temple and the monkey place made the journey more enjoyable and helped time pass quickly. Our guide was friendly and informative, making the whole experience smooth and memorable.

Good experience - Experience to do, choosing the right evening or moon does not light up too much. Fireflies and blue tears were experienced on a new moon night. I also observed the eagle meal. I recommend it before going to dinner in one of the local seafood restaurants. Oh yes I was going to forget the visit of silver-haired monkeys whose babies are born orange.

A do not miss tour while in KL - One of the best tours ever! LG was. Great guide and driver. He took excellent care of us. The silver leaf monkey kiss and the bioluminescent plankton was the best. And the recommended stop for dinner at a Thai restaurant was perfect.

Bioluminescence ✨ - I only have memories and videos to share but synchronous fireflies are always amazing to watch, but I've wanted to see bioluminescence in the water like that for so long. The blue tears plankton phenomenon is beautiful and no picture will ever do it justice. The only thing I would change is more time watching it!

It's a very nice tour. We... - It's a very nice tour. We first went to a temple which was very different from the others we have seen. We then went to see and feed (!) some monkeys. This was so much fun! Then we had dinner by the river before hopping on the boat to see the fireflies and the blue tears. These two were magical! LG, our driver, had great humor and was very knowledgeable!

Nature's Magic - Great tour. Was picked up on time. Tour guide LG was knowledgeable about the tour. Amazing to see how nature works it's wonders. Some things are just out of our understanding of the universe.

One time experience - Don’t set your expectations too high but it’s still a great experience and we don’t regret to have booked it. Actually we have enjoyed the interactions with the monkeys and the visit at the temple more than the firefly and blue tears boat trip. And a special thanks to our driver LG who has given his best to explain us every details and guide us through the trip.

Information would make beautiful better - Many things in one trip. Driver good. Sad though that you don’t get any explanation or information on the boat trips about the eagles, fireflies etc - just viewing without any commentary so is beautiful but you don’t learn anything.

It's not worth it - Very expensive for what it is. It sells dreams on the photos of the excursion but clearly it is not this “amazing spectacle” that we saw for the fireflies and especially for the blue tears .. we all had to stir the water with a net to try to catch a glimpse of the blue tears, it looked like we mixed a giant soup! Seeing the temple and the monkeys on the other hand was nice .. but if we had known we would have done without it and would have done something else as an excursion. Moreover, we were not picked up at our hotel as specified on the announcement of the activity, hotel which was yet in the center next to the KL Tower. We had to pay an extra graab to reach the driver at the address of another hotel he had given us on the app and which was 10min drive (or 25min walk) and the same for the return .. Basically if your time in Malaysia is limited, do something else!
