Loved the city tour and towers visit - It was great to have someone else take care of the details to visit the Petronas Towers, as it isn't all that easy for a newbie.
Our guide was great. He drove us around the city and provided interesting information about the sites. Of course the highlight was the towers. They have someone buy tickets in advance, and walk you to the entry line. It doesn't get easier than this!

Five star service - Mr Fauzi is an exceptional Driver/tour guide we had. He’s very knowledgeable about the City and Rich History of Kuala Lumpur. He goes with our family snd showed us a good photo op spot. Very clean and hi-tech car.

Nice trip! - The tour guide Mr. Fouzi was very professional and friendly. The trip lasted about 4 hours and private tour. Visited 5 - 6 different places in the city.

Nice tour with Ragu - Great tour and plenty of things to see in a very short time. Ragu-the driver and tour guide was on time and picked me up from the hotel. The driving was very comfortable and smooth. Perfect organization. Ragu was very friendly and made sure that I felt well. I fully recommend this tour if you do not have too much time in KL. The views from Petronas Twin Tower were great, I also enjoyed the visit to chocolate factory - I bought some chocolate and it was delicious. Thank you Ragu for making a great tour and stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Recommended for short duration tour! - Good experience with a helpful guide. Recommended if you have limited time at hand to explore. Petronas tower was the highlight.

My Exp on the Half Day Tour KL - We had a decent experience on this tour with Prompt Services from the Tour Operator. Even though there was an error made during my booking by me, they tried their best to accomodate and kept me updated from time to time. The Tour Guide was very Cordial.
The Petronas Tower Experience was the Best and Scintillating, and were followed by The chocolate factory, Malaysian Special Tea Shop Visit and were very good. Other Attractions were a mere stop by and sufficient time was given to capture moments.

Basically a tax service - driver was friendly, but definitely not a tour guide. he spoke very little English, so we didn’t really learn about the sites that we saw. basically this was a glorified taxi service taking you to the sites with a language barrier. i would always read the fine print, we expected a tour guide who spoke English, this was not the case. would not recommend.
