• For private tour basis (not applicable to SIC Tour option):- Travelers can choose to stop at Batu Caves and Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm (own expenses) before or after Genting Highlands trip.
• Cable car operation depends on the maintenance schedule and weather conditions
• Children must be accompanied by an adult

• If you have any difficult locate the tour guide please feel free to contact our hotline number given on voucher.
• An additional surcharge of USD 10 per person for hotel pickup outside 5km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity
• In case Awana SkyWay closes due to maintenance, the cable car services will begin at the Genting SkyWay Station, which is a 15 minute drive away from Awana Station
