Very Nice Day! - I was the only person on this tour so I felt a little weird at first, but the guide catered to me, so we spent more time at the waterfall, where I was able to hike to the top. We had lunch at the Batu Caves and the guide insisted I eat with my hands like the locals! It was a lot of fun immersing myself into a different culture. He also knew I wanted to try a specific dish and asked about it for me. The hot springs were okay, but Batu was definitely the highlight. And there are monkeys everywhere!

Batu cave, waterfall - Great trip, fantastic guide. Although I wasn’t too bothered about visiting the pewter factory, I’m pleased we did go, very informative. Batu caves stunning and enjoyed the waterfall and watching the young monkeys playing.

A great day out - I was really looking forward to this day and I was not disappointed . I think our driver was called Kermat. I am sorry if I am wrong about that. He was an excellent driver. The hot spring were VERY hot. I briefly dipped my toes into the coolest one. Then on to the waterfalls and the pools. You have to climb a lot of steps to get the full experience of the waterfalls. The temperature was 33 degrees. Getting into the pool was refreshing. There are changing faculties with a shower near the car park. Don’t forget to take bathing clothes and a towel. My only disappointment was I would have liked longer there. We were given an hour. I would have liked at least 1 1/2, preferably 2 hours. I was not able to climb all the way up and bathe in the pools in that time. What we did was fabulous though. Onto the Baku caves. A big climb up to the caves. Not for the faint hearted. There were about 270 steps, but a platform every 17 steps, where you could rest. The experience inside the caves was well worth the effort. It was a huge cavern with an important Hindu temple inside. And there were monkeys everywhere, racing about, snatching bananas and apples from visitors. I loved it. The hour spent here was just about the right amount of time. Then on to an authentic Malayan eating place. It was more a cafe than a restaurant. It was very busy. We had no idea what we were eating, but it was okay. Finally we visited two outlets: the batik and pewter places. We had a little go at painting on silk and we did buy a silk scarf. We had an interesting tour of the pewter factory, but didn’t spend any more money. Some of the artefacts were beautiful. We arrived back at our hotel around 3pm and slept for nearly 3 hours before going out for dinner. It was a fabulous experience with a great guide. We would highly recommend it.

Places we wouldn’t visit on our own - Great trip driver (Ari) was friendly and allowed plenty of time at attractions. Was good on the road getting to POI. Tour would be improved with more narrative/information on POI’s. Overall we enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others. Great food experience 👍

Good experience and great value for money but driver shouldn't use his phone while driving - This turned in to a private tour as I was the only one booked for that day. Driver doesn't do any guiding or say much but was taken to everything on the itinerary and he sorted any required tickets without any fuss. He was very patient in waiting for me after each visit and made sure lunch was not too spicy. The only downside was that driver was on his phone alot to friends/wife? and this was very often whilst driving which made me feel unsafe driving at speed zig zagging in and out of traffic with one hand...

Good trip - Really good trip, it would have been good to have been informed that ladies required legs covered & arms before the trip. Disappointed that we were unable to undress to swimming costumes for the waterfalls, as wanted to stand under.
