2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before your trip, allowing you to decide on the pick-up time.

3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to connect with you and confirm the correct pick-up location and timing.

4. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to complete before entering Singapore.

5. During the journey, you may request a refreshment break, and a meal stop is also allowed.

6. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru immigration takes approximately 5 to 5.5 hours before proceeding to Singapore.

7. You will need to exit the vehicle with your luggage during the immigration checkpoint clearance, as the driver will use the bus lane to enter Singapore. You may need to present your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you on this.
