Great experience and very well read guide and driver - The company's service is customer oriented, the guide and driver Mr Rayhan Raj Naidu explained interesting topics and answered questions eagerly. Being a traveler himself he can talk about your own country for sure. Highly experienced driver that got us safely and quickly to the amazing places the trip was planned for.

Malaysian Countryside and Batu Caves - Al picked us up from our hotel right on time and he was a joy from start to finish. The communication from Ansi Global and Al couldn't have been better. We were given the vehicle registration number of the vehicle as well as the drivers name and contact number. Very impressed with the organisation. Al our driver was so helpful explaining how the tour would work but he was also great company and we learnt so much about Malaysia along the way. The pewter factory was amazing with lots of demonstrations as to how the various processes were achieved. Highly recommended. The Batik stop was ok but it wouldn't be a miss for me if we hadn't gone. The Batu Caves - wouldn't have missed the experience, you have to make up your own mind about it.

Visit Batu Caves - A perfect tour on a rainy day! The visit to the tin factory and the batik factory was included and was fun because it showed some of the culture and it was covered. The driver (Albinhar) was very friendly and gave nice information along the way.

While the driver and car... - While the driver and car were both fine, I was not taken on the correct tour. Instead of the Countryside Tour that I paid for, I was taken on the City Tour. I asked my driver and he said that I was booked for the City Tour. After the tour I reached out to the booking agent via WhatsApp but never received a reply.
