This efficient and thorough tour was fantastic. - This efficient and thorough tour was fantastic. Because this is a private tour, it starts when you are ready. Because we left our ship shortly after arrival, we were able to get out in front of the tour busses. We visited Mary’s house first as there was no line for entry. Next, we visited Ephesus which, while in full sun, was a slow downhill walk through the ancient city that ended with the most fantastic structures. Rec: Bring an umbrella or hat for comfort. Tour provides water. Next we made a brief stop at the Temple of Artemis. Finally, we ate a wonderful Turkish lunch that was ready when we arrived. Appetizers, main dishes, side dishes - it was great. All included except drinks beside water. Finally, we ended the tour at the textile educational center where we learned how silk is gathered from silk worm cocoons which ended with a rug presentation (soft to medium sales pitch for rugs here), but just enjoy as this is Turkish culture. Tour guide offered to take us to a pottery demo/shop, shopping for leather goods, or to a Turkish Bath, but we felt complete so we went back to the ship. Wonderful driver and private guide - Fusun - would recommend. Private, efficient tour is recommended for heat.

The tour was customized... - We had a wonderful time in Turkey! Our tour was customized entirely to our desires. Our guide was very knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous, and our driver and vehicle were also great. Every stop was smooth and stress-free. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves, which we certainly did. The provided Turkish lunch was excellent and plentiful.

Seeing Ephesus Calmly - Ephesus is an amazing place. And being there with a private guide makes it even more so. Don’t go in a herd of tourists. Sel was a perfect guide and made our time there a great experience!

Ahhh-mazing day with Zeydah exploring Kusadasi - Zenday in Kuşadası was an outstanding guide for our group of five women- age 13 to 80. Her deep knowledge of Turkish culture and religion brought every site to life. She shared fascinating insights with warmth and clarity, making the experience both meaningful and enjoyable. A truly enriching day—we highly recommend her guidance! She was flexible and adjusted the itinerary around our needs. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Zenday!!❤️

Wonderful tour guide and experience. - This was a spectacular tour and would highly recommend it. Our guide Gokcer(Sky) was a wonderful guide who was exceptionally knowledgeable and made tour really interesting and enjoyable. He also was most helpful when my husband discovered he had lost his sea pass from ship and walked back route to try find it but didn’t stop there. Contacted other guides to ask if they could also look and fortunately a guide found it and dropped it off for us to collect. This saved us a lot of inconvenience so we are most grateful to all the guides for their help but especially to Gokcer.

We were a group of 14... - We were a group of 14 stopping at Kusadasi, Turkey on a cruise and was looking to book an excursion. I was able to book it quickly and securely on the viator app. Milith was our tour guide to see Ephesus and Mary's house. He was very knowledgeable and funny. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Be careful of the optional flexibility option (it means shopping) - The pros: Finding our tour guide was easy. Ephesus was outstanding! The visit to the House of Mary was interesting. Our guide Pinar was nice and knowledgable. The cons: We were taken to a Turkish Rug factory in an effort to avoid long lines at Ephesus and the House of Mary. This was a hard sell presentation that while interesting was very uncomfortable. Our guide kept bringing up other options for shopping (leather, pottery) and it felt like an effort that was pushed.
