• Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park - Drive through Gazibegendi Park to Ephesus for the best view of Kusadasi Port and the city center.

• Ancient City of Ephesus - After the greeting, we will have a 20-minute drive to the Ephesus area. Ephesus (Rev. 2:1-7), a major port city on the Aegean, was the commercial, political, and religious hub of all Asia Minor. The city became part of the Roman Empire in the second century B.C. As the Roman capital of Asia Minor, Ephesus had a population nearing 250,000 people. The Apostle Paul’s first visit to Ephesus was brief—during his second missionary journey (Acts 18:19-21). His second visit lasted about three years—during his third missionary journey (Acts 19:1 to 20:31). Luke’s account of the worship of Diana is found in Acts 19:34-35. The Great Theatre (stadium) mentioned in Acts 19:29-31 could seat 25,000 people. Walk the marble-paved street with grooves made by chariot wheels. See the Fountain of Trojan, the Library of Celsus, and the Great Theatre. Visit the Chapel of the Virgin Mary (Double Church), where the Third Ancient Council convened.

• Ephesus Terrace Houses - Terrace Houses are included only in the option with Terrace Houses bookings.
  Terrace Houses are located on the slopes of Pion Mountain. There are six residential units built on three man-made terraces. These houses were inhabited by wealthy citizens of Ephesus and were lavishly decorated with wall frescoes and floor mosaics. There are many steps to climb from bottom to top. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties or acrophobia (fear of heights).

• The Basilica of Saint John - After a traditional Turkish lunch, we will visit The Basilica of St. John. It is believed that the evangelist St. John spent his last years in the region around Ephesus and was buried on the southern slope of Ayosolug Hill.

• The Temple of Artemis - Then continue to visit the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, before our 20-minute drive back to Kusadasi.

• Kusadasi - Arrival in Kusadasi city center and return to the port. The end of our services.
