The dirt road guides travelers to the Nida plateau, where they can explore Idaion Andron, the cave where Zeus was nurtured. Following this, the route heads to Anogia for a pause at a traditional kafenion. Next, the itinerary includes a visit to Axos village, allowing free time at the woodcraft museum. The adventure continues to Livadia and the Psiloritis Chalet Retreat, where a cooking lesson awaits, focusing on traditional cheese and local delicacies. The return journey to Heraklion follows the provincial road from Heraklion to Anogia.
