Select three dishes from our Khmer menu and accompany our chef to a local market to discover Cambodian ingredients and flavors. Following this, we’ll proceed to our specially designed garden pavilion for an engaging, hands-on class. Guided by one of our exceptional chefs, you’ll learn to prepare three delightful Cambodian dishes that you can easily recreate at home, such as Fish Amok (served with steamed rice), vegetable or meat spring rolls, and bananas in palm sugar with coconut juice.
