• Pilatus Luzern - Board bus no. 1 (heading towards Kriens/Obernau) from Lucerne’s train station. After an 11-minute bus journey to “Kriens, Zentrum Pilatus” station and a brief walk, you will arrive at the valley station in Kriens. The Panorama Gondolas will transport you to the middle station Fräkmüntegg in 30 minutes, where you can enjoy the rope park or the Dragon Glider (additional cost). Transfer to the “Dragon Ride” aerial cableway to reach the summit in 5 minutes. From Pilatus Kulm, take in the breathtaking views over Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps. You can stay inside the panoramic gallery, unwind on the terrace, climb one of the peaks, or savor a local specialty in the restaurants (additional cost). The world’s steepest cogwheel railway will take you back down to Alpnachstad in 35 minutes. Next to the valley station, board the boat cruise on Lake Lucerne. After 1 to 1.5 hours, you will arrive in Lucerne, near the train station. The journey can also be done in reverse, starting with the boat from Lucerne. Always check the timetable before your visit.
