We had a great time on... - We had a great time on the Clearbottom Mangrove Kayak & Snorkel Tour! Our guide, Stan, was kind and patient, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Paddling through the mangrove tunnels was peaceful and scenic, with fun sightings like mangrove crabs along the way. Snorkeling was the highlight—the location was perfect, and the timing felt just right. Swimming among the mangrove roots gave us a glimpse into the vibrant, complex underwater world they support. There were a few mosquitoes, but they were just a temporary nuisance; we were fine even without any repellent. We noticed that life jackets didn’t seem to be handed out by default. That was not too concerning because the water was always very shallow, but it might be good to request one if you'll feel better having it. The post-tour snack was a hit with our crew. Highly recommend this tour for a mellow, memorable morning on the water.

Great excursion! - Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed but it also didn't drag on forever. I'm not in the best shape, but I was still able to keep up with the group. It was nice that they provided dry bags so you didn't have to worry about your belongings.

Wonderful Attentive Tour Guide and Unique Kayaking - Youri was an outstanding tour guide who picked and returned us at our hotel. He was informative and provided us many details of the nature and beauty of Bonaire. During our tour, he explained in great detail of the mangrove system in addition to providing us care and safety needs. The snorkeling had some fishes that were beneath the mangroves. Water was not deep and this was a wonderful experience.

Great Experience - Stan the Man was a lot of fun to be around and did a great job. He was very informative but it didn't seem like we were in a class. The kayaking was not strenuous, the snorkeling was a cool experience, and we had a great time.

Kayaking in the mangrove. - Summer, our guide did a great job and knew a lot about the mangrove. The glass bottom is actually no use, it is unscratched but you see more if you just look into the water. The snorkeling was through a long tunnel with a lot of current, so a bit heavy, but nice to have seen. You will be covered in mosquito bites at the end of the tour even though you have injected yourself.

Good fun, was expecting a little more - Enjoyed the excursion. Our guide Stan was top-notch. Very knowledgeable and funny, he really made the adventure fun. The kayaking is nice, didn't see a ton through the bottom of the kayak. This is not a go see a 100 different varieties of fish type of tour, but a relaxing educational tour. It was really cool going through the mangroves in the kayak. If you do go, try to stay later and go snorkeling to see the turtles just off shore. Very nice experience, glad we did it.
