- Kraków - We will take you virtually to our home to cook together and show you how to prepare the Polish national dish - pierogi (dumplings) according to our grandma recipe. We will spend a great time talking, eating and enjoying the stories from our family lives. At first, we will prepare a proper, soft dough using flour, egg, and oil. Later, we roll it and, after leaving for a while, we will make small circles good enough to put inside a tasty feeling we will prepare together. It is possible to fill pierogi with literary everything, but we will make the so-called Russian type with a mix of cooked potato, white, farmer’s cheese, and fried onion. After short cooking in hot, boiling water we will be ready to enjoy our meal. We will sit together on both sides on the screen, we will eat and make a toast Polish way. To do it, please have something to drink with you (can be Polish vodka if you want to be accurate, but it is really enough you have a beer, wine or even a glass of tea or coffee if you prefer). We will end the experience with some Polish expressions you can use to say goodbye to your new, online friends.

A great experience - The event with Alicja was cool. After shopping at the market including a Polish course, we went to her home, where we were allowed to make pirogis under expert guidance. Alicja also provided us with many tips for our onward journey in Poland - thank you!

Great pierogis! - My daughter and I had a great time with Alicja on this cultural and food experience. We enjoyed shopping for ingredients at the local market, seeing more of Krakow on the car ride to her house, and of course learning to make, and eating!, the delicious pierogis. Alicja was a gracious and friendly guide/host. Thanks so much!

Pierogi Lessons! - Dominika was a fascinating host and did a great job showing us (two couples) how to make pierogi. We went to the market with her and bought the ingredients using their Polish names she taught us, then to her apartment for a detailed lesson on preparing and cooking the tasty morsels. They were quite good and I am looking forward to making more at home for my guests.

Great evening with family! - Tomasz was a fantastic instructor! Our family is spread across the US and this private cooking class was an awesome way to get everyone together to reconnect, experience making pierogies the way Tomasz’s grandmother made them, learn more about the Polish culture and have a delicious dinner together. I would definitely recommend this class!

A great time for a virtual team building activity! - I put together this experience on behalf of my manager for our team, and everyone had a GREAT time! It was so much fun to learn a bit about Poland, learn the history of this dish and what it means to the families in the different regions of Poland, as well as knowing that the food Monika made is going to help feed refugees.

Best online cooking class with Tomasz! - This was such a lovely experience! Tomasz was full of energy, making jokes all the time during the cooking class. The recipe was easy to follow and the pierogy DELISH! Even my little son joined the lesson and loved the food at the end. To sum it up, it was fantastic experience that I highly highly recommend.
