Outstanding - In order to truly understand the history, I would recommend starting with this tour before doing any others. Our guide was absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, engaging, and able to explain every detail with clarity and passion. Nothing was left uncovered, and their expertise made the experience both informative and deeply meaningful.
In order to get the most out of it, I’d also suggest combining the ghetto tour with the factory tour. Together, they give a far broader and more powerful perspective than either would on its own. This was without doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had, and the tour guide’s outstanding work made all the difference.

Schindler and others servant heart. - The emphasis was on the total suffering of the Poles and many others by the Germans. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the content was excellent.

Extremely Informative! - A very good guided tour, led by Wojciech, here at Schindler’s Factory.
I must admit that we were expecting a little more on the history of Oscar Schindler and less on the general history of Jewish oppression in Nazi Poland, the way that this museum had been organised was perfect.
Very informative and great for all learners, this was powerful considering we were at a location where a Nazi helped protect and save many of his Jewish workers and their families.
Some of the Jewish workers' faces and names, under Schindler, were plastered on the front of the factory building, which was emotive, and the original gates that the workers used to pass through remained (very fascinating).
A must-see in Krakow!

Not what I expected - The guide was very good however I feel like the tour was very rushed if you had a guide. There were many exhibits that you could have spent time at that you missed being on a group tour. I also thought there was a bias against Oskar Schindler that was unfair. Whatever the past, he saved the lives of 1200 people. In a museum that carries his name, he shouldn’t be disrespected.

Very dissatisfied. Do not pay for guided tour but do it yourself at your pace. - Very dissatisfied. Group too large for the venue of very narrow corridors and exhibits. Could understand only about half of guides language. She talked too fast and had long passed exhibits before much of group reached what she was explaining. Tour way over priced for the experience

Disappointed - The guide was ok, but sped through the 'factory' like she was running late for a bus. Not impressed by the exhibition or the experience at all. Buy Schindlers List by Thomas Keneally instead of wasting your money on this tour. You certainly get much more information about Schindler and his life from the book and it's worth it. Read it twice.

Disappointing - Not what was expected - No reference to the factory - you could be in any building in Krakow. Only 3 references to Schindler. If you want to know anything about this amazing man and his list - dont bother, the tour ust focuses on the SS and the cleansing of the gettio. Absolutely no reference or photos of the factory or its workings

Terrible tour guide - I would recommend going alone, or with a different company.
We were very disappointed by our guide, Alice, who was seemingly unable to answer questions and at times offered ‘facts’ that differed from what you could read in the exhibits. She stated that as this was ‘not a school tour’ to my daughter who looks young but is in her 20s, she would not answer our questions, which we felt let down by as would have been better off getting an audio guide if we knew we would not be able to ask questions.
When we tried to ask questions at the end of the tour, midway through answering a question but seemingly unable to finish it, told us that she was very tired and needed to go off and take a break as she had been working since 9 in the morning, and quickly walked off.
