In this class, participants will have the chance to make pierogi from start to finish. First, they will prepare the dough entirely from scratch. Then, they will create two different fillings—one savory and one sweet. After filling and boiling the pierogi to perfection, participants can savor their homemade treats with a local beer or a glass of wine.

The class is led by our enthusiastic local instructors, eager to share their family secrets for crafting the perfect pierogi and guide participants through each step. Whether new to cooking or an aspiring chef, this experience is open to all. Participants will receive everything needed—materials, equipment, and guidance—to succeed. • Sweet Pierogi with fresh fruits - -Fruit-filled pierogi are enjoyed as a main course during the summer and autumn. You will prepare pierogi with fruits currently available.
