Will defo go again if I visited Krackow Amazing!!! - Visited Big Gun with myself & girlfriend & turned out to be an amazing experience overall with the guys there very helpful & very professional.

I really recommend this experience and this place. Top notch staff - Mother/Daughter experience we loved, thanks to Dominique our Instructor who was patient and excellent. I highly recommend this experience and we can't wait to come back ;)

Top class tour company - We booked 3 tours with Krakow Direct and they were all brilliant. The tours were so well organised and the vehicles were really comfortable and clean. We had Karol for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and the shooting range and Pawel for the Wieliczka Salt Mines. Both guides were really friendly and informative. Upon arrival at the destination, the guide organised your tickets, tells you where to go and waits until the tour is over to take you back again, so you do get looked after! The shooting range is so much fun and is something you don’t get a chance to do back home so I would recommend this as it is something different! Absolutely loved Auschwitz and the Salt Mines too. The entire experience was amazing and we would definitely use them again when we return to Krakow.

Amazing experience - Visited here on Friday and can honestly say it was the best day out we had in Krakow over the weekend. Craic was brilliant the shooting is a great experience and would 100% recommend.

Warning - Shooting is good fun the city and people are friendly and hospitable but be Careful if your on a stag there is a street off the main square 40 yards on your right with the church on your left and the bulldog bar on your right with a youth normally has a brown shirt shorts chubby git black hair stay away the rip you off and there are more of them than you and there were 18 of us get what I mean

Amazing service! - We used this company for all of our transfers and excursions and I cannot fault the service. All of our drivers were either on time or early and were all very polite and friendly. We used this company for our airport transfers, for our group trip to auschwitz and to our shooting range trip in which the driver escorted us inside and helped us set up what we wanted to shoot. We in particular liked Peter who took us to the airport on the way home. It was like a mini sightseeing tour in itself and his knowledge and passion for krakow was incredible. He was a true gentlemen We will definitely be back again and will always use this company - very highly recommend!

Shooting range, Auschwitz and Zakopane - I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your services again last week. I used your services in 2016 for two trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine and you were great. I would like to give a special mention for my trips last week to Zakopane (Wednesday 8th) and the Krakow Valley Shooting Range at Paczoltowice (Friday 10th). Mateusz and Piotr were fantastic. We had a great laugh and both of them were very knowledgeable. Piotr especially was great, we were very apprehensive before our trip to the shooting range and he put us at ease and we had such a laugh. Our trip with Lukusz to Auschwitz was also very good despite the Birkenau tour being halved because of the heat walking round. Congratulations on an excellent service!!
