Great experience - This was among my favourite things I did while visiting Krakow. I liked the fact that it wasn’t all about Oskar Schindler( only one room was about him) but the whole story of what happened from the start of the war and how things happened and what they experienced. Our guide was really great at retelling stories and facts and he made the tour very enjoyable. Highly recommend this visit

Tour - The group was too big to hear what was going on, and other people not on the tour were getting frustrated trying to get around us.

Disorganised - Viator changed our tour time to 2 hours earlier which wasn’t convenient but we amended our schedule accordingly (they also changed our Auschwitz tour by 2 hours the day before…again, an inconvenient time for us but we accommodated it). We got to the Factory with plenty of time for the 12.20pm tour, however the company did not meet us there with the tickets so our 12.20 group could start the tour. It took approx 25 minutes for us to start the tour where a flustered but very professional, friendly English speaking Guide hired by the company tried her very best to resolve this disaster and get us all entry, whilst dealing with a big group of very frustrated tourists. The Guide saved the day but I still cannot give more than a Poor score. The Factory tour itself was very good, the Guide was excellent and very knowledgeable, but the tour felt rushed in many places…there’s no time to digest all the photos/displays, not even enough time to take super fast photos so you can look at the displays and read the content at your leisure afterwards.
