Location easy to find.... - Location easy to find. There was another boat that did food and hot drinks you can use whilst waiting for your boat to arrive. You can take anything purchased onto you tour boat. The tour was around 1hour 20mins. Well worth it and I would advise going when it's dark if you can as everywhere a lot up.

Wow wow eow - What an amazing experience to see the sights at night. There are heaters on the boat so really enjoyable. Absolutely loved it.

Even in winter season - It's an amazing view in the evening
And it's unforgettable experience.
Me and my daughter were enjoying whole 1 hour of it.
Lights give it something magical especially round Wawel area.

Recommended - Great views, comfortable boat and would recommend. Wasn't too busy, service was straight forward. There restaurant offered snacks and drink for you to take on board too.

I did this trip with my... - I did this trip with my mum. The boat isn’t the same as the photo but we didn’t mind that. It was a nice little tour but with all the people on after about 30 minutes the plastic windows got steamed up so if you want photos after that they aren’t so great. It was a nice walk to get to also.

Waste of money could not see anything - You could not see much out of windows at night due to the light inside the boat. And were unable to sit upstairs on the top deck due the seats being wet. Additionally children were running around screaming and putting the blinds down which blocked out the little you could see. No one was stopping the children and it made an already unenjoyable experience even worse.

A small floating garden shed. - The boat resembles a floating garden shed. No safety briefing although the captain/pilot seemed very pleasant. However, he was reading his phone most of the trip occasionally looking up to steer the boat when it looked like we were likely to hit a bridge support or tun aground near to the Bankside. The audio commentary was rudimentary and wasn't loud enough to hear over passengers talking. No bar, no toilet no facilities what so ever. The worst boat trip I have ever been on. I would give it zero stars if I could.
