Great tour - We decided to book this as a means of seeing more of Krakow, and was perfect. We are always happy to walk to most places but we would never have seen all of the places the bus takes you. Narration was very clear, bus was certainly clean & was a great way to spend some time sightseeing

Excellent, but timings are notional! - Timings on the schedule are notional, havinf said that, the tour was excellent. The commentary was out of sync with the drive but was still understandable. Just remember the Timings are not particularly accurate.

Round the city tour - As it was our first visit to Krakow we were advised to take the Hop on Hop off bus tour round Krakow. We passed places of interest that we would like to see at a later time. It was certainly the easiest way to see these places. The commentary was done in English (one of around 8 languages) giving details of the places we passed. It was certainly of help to us, as it made it easier to plan our time in Krakow. I certainly wouldn't have liked to drive in some of the narrow streets and take it all in.

Disappointed - I did the tour today on my last day and was really disappointed indeed the boat trip was fantastic but the bus no for the following reasons 1. It was very warm and the heating was on 2. Couldn’t take any photos through the plastic windows 3. They only stopped if someone wanted to get off or on so you where to sure which was which stop I have done a hop on hop off in most cities and that I must say was the worst

Crap Hop on/Hop off bus - The most expensive 10 minute bus journey we've ever had!! After waiting 45 mins for a bus at point 7 we then realised via the Internet (even though the sheet shown at the stop was not updated) that the bus stop had become stop 11. That said we walked to stop 12 and got on the bus to stop 14 as we wanted to visit the Schindlers museum. Returned to stop 14 to 'hop on' another bus to continue our tour to find that the next bus was 90 mins later. We gave up and took the tram 24 back....there is no way that this service can be called a hop on/hop off service...will be version a refund!! Don't use these, use the numerous beige golf buggies instead!

Please avoid - If you want to spoil your impression from visiting Krakow - plan a bus tour with this hop-on-off bus!! It's very frustrating, as such a big city should have a proper tourist bus service, but this bus was never there. We tried to catch it 3 times, but it never came after waiting hours. Please avoid!!!

What Bus! - First bus of the day due at 10 & arrived at 11am The back half of the bus had wet seats. Commentary out of sync Scheduled stops not advised and had to ask to be let off. After being dropped at stop 8 we checked the time of the next pick up bus (13.10) It didn’t arrive until 13.50. Our ticket included a free gondola ride on the river. The tickets we were given had apparently already been used. We were eventually let on after proving our ticket email confirmation.

Terrible - Was in Krackow this week this tour was just terrible left us off after 2 stops we asked where we would get the gondola boat up there was her answer walked up to the river after asking directions no boat and no seemed to know anything about it waited for the bus to collect us again it never came never saw the bus again or for the rest of our stay even around the city would not recommend this trip to anyone Catherine in Ireland May 2023

Bus never turned up ! - The bus never turned up! Left standing at stop number 2 for an hour :)) Despite the tracking app for the buses saying detailing to the minute and second when the bus should of arrived ! No answer via the customer service number, left fo ring out and then cut off !!! Better to go with the little buggy mini buses that are dotted around the main square and surrounding streets !

Hop on off bus/gondola ride - There was no memorable experience as the trip never went ahead. It doesn't begin until later in the year. I am extremely disappointed that you offered this attraction without checking with the tour operator that it was actually available
