Good experience - Pickup was great. The bus seats were a bit small, but overall comfortable. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave very in depth details.

Great experience well informed of the days plans and where to pick up time etc - Our guide Magda Was cheerful, caring and informative. She had a wealth of knowledge. Even on the hottest day ! Would recommend

Bad Experience - I get a text late evening saying my hotel pick up is not possible due to road work going around town of Krakow. Well I could see that all buses cars were passing by the three days we stayed at Raddison Blue. Not only that but they changed my start time from 9 am to 10:50am. I won’t trust them and I had a similar experience at Eifel Tower meeting point and I ended up waiting with 9 of us and not only I lost my money, several hundred dollars because they refused to refund. Ended buying new tickets. I will not use them. Not trustworthy.

Horrifying!! - Horrifying. They cancel our visit to Auschwitz 20h in advance, they do not return money, they do not give us a choice!! A disgrace!!

Unserious company not recommended - 24 hours in advance I am informed that they modified the tour schedule, without any possibility to modify or change. Absolute disrespect to the customers, who had paid 6 tickets and lost them.

DO NOT BOOK - SCAM - Terrible! Booked a guided tour months ago. The night before received an email that the booking was going to change from 10am to 3pm. Travelled from Czech Republic to do the tour before flying back. Very unprofessional company and should be shut down. No offer of refund. They will not be bothered by this review either

to flee urgently !!! - we booked a month in advance for 8:30, 12 hours before we learned that the appointment was changed from 8:30 to 6:30 in the morning. my friend who had a 7-hour flight delay arrived at 7 a.m., the company did not want to take us at the other times when we had originally booked for 8:30. moreover we paid 85€ for two and no gesture was made and no effort either! I do not recommend this company because their source of motivation is money! Run away!!!

Disappointing attitude and tour - This is the second time booking this tour, let me say the first tour we did in Oct 2022 was excellent, so upon returning to Krakow with my sons I decided to book the tour for them. We booked a 9am tour pick up from a location near our hotel. The company waited until less than 24hrs to tell us that unfortunately our pick up had changed to 6.30am and at a location 3.5 miles from our hotel. I wanted to cancel but we it was less than 24hrs until the tour Viator wouldn’t let us cancel without charge. The tour operator then showed me their T&C’s which states they can change pick up time and location without warning….they made it clear I wouldn’t be given a refund. Therefore my sons got up and made it to the pick up location. Worst of all, the tour my sons were given left out the most significant parts of Birchenau location being told it was due to the weather which was full sunshine and other tour groups were still visiting this part of the site. Ultimately the attitude of the tour company about the change in pick up time and location was handled with complete contempt and then to cut the tour short forced me to leave this extremely negative review. I would recommend you seriously consider alternatives.

Very Badly Organised - When purchasing this experience you should state in Big Bold Writing at the very top that you will not get the time that you want to go on your experience & you will only get the time that your tour operator alot's you, on speaking to many many people in Krakow not one person had gone on their experience on the time that they had originally wanted, the main issue with this is that they give you less than 24 hours notice so when you are trying to plan other stuff around this it is impossible to do so when you are only there for a very short time, we did not get to go on our experience as we had booked our experience to go with another couple but then both got allocated seperate times so they did not go either, very unprofessional in my & many other people's opinion, if you wish to do this excursion do this in Krakow via a local operator & seems to be much better organised which we would have done if we had had more time
