Auschwitz Tour Explained - If you don’t have tickets approximately a month in advance, you are lining up. It seems like an ongoing problem that vendors/individuals aren’t able to buy tickets in advance. So what are you booking? You are booking for someone to pick you up early! (Like 4am) so you can arrive before the line gets too big. We arrived at 5am and our driver waited in line on our behalf. This allowed us to go to the small cafe and relax instead of standing in line. (It was a significant line by 0530) By the time it opens at 0730, we were at the front of the line and got tickets for the 0830 tour. Why do you need to do all of this? Because you are required to be present with your ID to purchase the tickets, and spots are limited to your preferred language and only 30 people per time slot. There is definitely a limit on tickets per day. The driver was great throughout. Picked us up. Did some great rally driving/racing all the other tour vans/buses getting out there. Gave good instructions about where we needed to be at what time, and made the whole process smooth. Even went out of his way to drop off people at convenient locations afterwards (a couple of people needed to go to the train station) A 4am pickup resulted in a 0830 tour and a 2pm return to Krakow. For those without actual official tour tickets in hand wayyyy in advance, getting there early is a must to ensure you aren’t turned away. Unless you have a car, you can’t really get there that early. Highly recommend this tour as it was a van with 8 of us, instead of a massive tour bus. We arrived first, and completed the tour in good time! Hope this helps!

Poignant and informative - It was such an emotional and informative trip the guide was amazing and gave us all the information we never knew about the camp ,the guide has great English and the pick up and collection was perfect I would advise to take snacks as it is hard to get snacks there in the time limit you have between stops and the camps so packed lunch if you can You will learn so much and really appreciate what the poor camp prisoners felt and the horrific conditions they had to suffer

Tour Operator with Great Care and Communication - The logistics of getting to, through, and back from Auschwitz are not easy. And this group managed it all beautifully. They communicated well, had a great vehicle with a smart driver, and offered a nice lunch to eat during our short break. They also made sure we had an A+ guide. Auschwitz itself is an important and heavy experience - it made a big difference for us to have the wonderful care offered by Julian and Jacob.

Terrific service, essential aid for the independent traveler. - Excellent service. Our driver, Aleksandr was prompt, friendly, and informative. If you haven’t bought tickets well in advance to visit Auschwitz, this is the way to go. This company knows the system behind the system. Queues form early for the thousands (?) of daily visitors and it is best to have local help to navigate the place holding and, of course, to travel from Kraków. I recommend ordering a lunch to eat on the drive home. I did not have any appetite while we were on the tour. Museum guides take over from the drivers and provide a haunting narrative. May we all learn from the lessons of Auschwitz. Tyranny, inhumanity, and war have no place anywhere, and certainly not on European soil.

A must visit in Poland - Visiting Auschwitz while emotionally heavy, it’s something I believe everyone should do when in Poland to truly understand the magnitude of what happened there. The tour was incredibly well organized from start to finish. The operator ensured everything ran smoothly, and I was picked up right on time by our driver, Aleksander, who was fantastic, polite, professional, and friendly. The tour guide at Auschwitz was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. Despite the heavy subject matter, they managed to present the facts with sensitivity and clarity, allowing space for reflection while guiding us through one of the most significant historical sites in the world. Highly recommended for those seeking a meaningful and educational experience. It’s something that will stay with you long after your visit

Great Service! - This was an amazing tour! I would recommend this service to anyone and would use them again. We got picked up at our hotel and taken back. We didn’t have to worry about sorting out tickets or finding where to go. It’s very busy, so having immediate guidance made the whole day better. Everyone we encountered with the company was very prompt and exceptionally nice.

Auschwitz tour - Went on the Auschwitz trip. Very good but seemed shorter than the last time we went. Well organised and waited for us at Auschwitz, as we drove from Krakow in a hire car. Good arrangements all round.

I had Julian as my... - I had Julian as my driver, which worked very well – informative, safe, and helpful when I had questions. The guided tour itself left more to be desired, as it felt like we rushed through most of it. Understandable, since many people are there at the same time, but still disappointing. That said, I can still recommend the trip
