The tour commences at the hotel or designated meeting point, where the driver will reach out and pick up the guests. The journey to Auschwitz I takes approximately 1.5 hours, during which tickets in the preferred language are purchased if available. Occasionally, there might be a longer wait in line, but the team manages this to ensure guests feel well-cared for and informed. Guests remain in the vehicle, supported and updated by the driver-assistant. The tour at Auschwitz I lasts about 2 hours, followed by a short 10-minute drive to Auschwitz II Birkenau, where the tour continues for approximately 1 hour. The return trip to Krakow takes around 1.5 hours. Due to high demand for the Auschwitz Museum tour, a shortage of guides, and cancellations from the Museum, pickup times have been adjusted to earlier slots.
