Following a 15-minute break, the driver will transport you to the second part of the museum, Birkenau, where you will spend around 1 hour. After the tour, the driver will return you to your hotel.

Super trip - The trip was very pleasant and well organized. Picked up from the hotel on time and brought back to the hotel. The tour was detailed and interesting.

Great experience! - Well organized. A driver picked us up at our hotel and took us to the bus and at the end they dropped us off at the city centre.
Magdalena our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, she spoke clearly and made the tour very interesting.
The history is profound and so interesting but It's a heavy subject with some graphic images.
In the summer it can get really hot and we walked a long time in the sun so I recommend taking a hat and water.
Overall I highly recommend.

Definitely recommend - great service and great excellent communication - From start to finish, the communication and trip was brilliant - very professional company - def worth the money and took the stress out of the transport and entrance inside when we got there. My father has a bad leg and limited mobility and they got him a wheelchair at each place and also drove him as close as possible for convenience. Would def recommend.

Worth every penny, highly recommended - Quite positive on this excursion. Driver also took time to show us through the ticket process and how we go about finding our tour.
This was not the only excursion as we also used same company for Zakopane and Saltmines, two other very positive excursions.

Well organised trip to a sad place - A great experience. We were nervous that we may have paid over the odds but intact the service was excellence. Communication was great, pick on time as stated. The tour and the tour guide perfect. You skip the entry queues. A very well organised trip to a very sad place.

Great trip - We were picked up early at 6:30 so that we would arrive at 8am when it opened. This was good as it meant we avoided all the queues and went straight in. Friendly service

Brilliant experience from start to finish. - A brilliant experience from start to finish. Communication between Julian and the rest of the team was great. Damian, our driver (James Bond lookalike 🤣) was really friendly and didn’t leave us until we were with our tour guide. Lunch box was very tasty. Thank you for a great experience.

What an amazing experience - 100% amazing! Wrote us back for all of our questions. They are a family run business. No waiting in lines for tickets. Comfortable minivan, experience, it was good to talk to a small group on the way up and back about different travels. Only complaint we had is that the tour is a little rushed, but that is also because there are other tours right behind you.

Great trip with well organised and friendly team - Well organised, great communication and generally exactly what we wanted. Trip went smoothly and comfortably and small group was perfect.
Aushwitz was incredible and humbling. The guide was not only informative but also passionate and warm giving us the opportunity to really reflect on the history and suffering. Respectful and appropriate.
Aushwitz itself was extremely busy which meant we had to move at a fair pace - this was not the fault of the organizers or guide. Perhaps another trip will be taken in quieter months - we would definitely use this team again for that.

Very Disappointing and Unsafe Experience - We booked this tour because it included hotel pick-up, tickets, and an English guide. The day before, we were told there were no tickets and that the driver would try to buy them on the spot. We were picked up at 04:15 (not mentioned when booking), the driver was late, drove very unsafely, and spoke no English, making communication impossible. We spent hours waiting in confusion, and when we tried to contact the tour company, no one in our group got an answer – their phone was switched off. The return time changed several times, and we didn’t get back until 19:00. We would never have booked this tour if we had known how disorganized and stressful it would be. Overall, this was poorly managed, unsafe, and far from what was promised. We felt misled – we cannot recommend this tour.
