Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.
- Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.
- Brzezinka - After a short break, moved to Auschwitz II - Birkenau. this is the second part of the tour. It helps visualize the scale and size of everything that was happening there. In this part, the tour is more contemplative.
- Krakow - After all the sightseeing, you will have time without rush, time in the bookstore or cafe. then after the break, we will go back to Krakow. our driver will take you to any selected place in Krakow

Great Experience: Definitely recommend this private tour - We just got back from the Auschwitz Birkenau tour that we booked with Touristico. Right after booking the tour I received a confirmation email as well as a message on WhatsApp confirming all the details. Everything went smoothly, they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and took care of all the details including getting us a boxed lunch as food options are very limited at the museum. I’d highly recommend using Touristico. There were so many large crowded tour buses so it was great to have a private tour.

Brilliant company - Daniel is a very nice person.He picked us both up in time this morning and he has just dropped us off. He gave us good instruction on where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend Daniel.

Excellent trip to Auschwitz/ Birkenau - We were kept informed from the initial booking which was made before arriving in Krakow right through the whole trip. Daniel our driver was on time at our hotel to pick us up He was friendly and spoke excellent English. The minibus was very comfortable for the 8 on our trip. Pleased to say Daniel was a careful, courteous driver at all times. We arrived at Auschwitz and he directed us to the entrance, explained the process and gave us our tickets. At the end of this part of the tour Daniel met us with the pre-booked packed lunches and took us to Birkenau after a short break. Het met us after and drove us back to our hotel. 5 stars for this tour.

Super: reliable, friendly and everything arranged! - Very well arranged! Mateuz picked us up exactly at the agreed time with clean comfortable car. Very friendly man who also had something to say in good English. Everything was top arranged from picking up at apartment and arranging entrance tickets with guide to dropping it off at home. Recommended!

Professional company - We had booked and paid for an Auschvitz tour several weeks ago with a different company via via tour. I was getting anxious as they didn’t reply to my emails and so I involved Viatour. With less than 48 hrs to go the original company cancelled our booking and our hotel couldn’t get tickets at such a late date. We were so upset until Viatour sourced this company. They were amazing professional, on time, communicated with us and ordered a delicious packed lunch. I could not recommend them highly enough. The driver Jan was professional and knowledgeable and communicated well
