Car service and tour guide in Krakow, Poland - We just returned from Krakow and enjoyed an amazing trip. We used the driver service owned by Andrew Durman and his driver/tour guide Karol. They were fantastic. We got so much more out of the Krakow trip because of their service. The Mercedes van we used was immaculate. Intimate knowledge of Krakow. English speaking.
If you are looking for a car service in Krakow, Andrew Durman is the man to go to.

Highly recommend - Had a great experience with Daniel and the tour. Daniel made sure that we all where alright during our trip, and took good care of us. He was a joyfull man, i recommend to people that wants to make a trip to Austwich as easy going as possible!
A note: if you go «solo» without a organized tour, you have to plan to stay in long queues before getting in… if you want it easy and comfortable, I defently recommed to organizing your tour with Daniel!

Tear’s anger sadness but a must do trip. - The whole trip to Auschwitz was both sad and thought provoking. Daniel and our tour guide were fantastic. All aspects of the trip were explained in detail and we felt we were appreciated by going on this trip with them.

Would recommend visiting - I enjoyed the tour and how friendly Daniel was, as well as being very organised. The only minor issue for us was the unexpected €10 per person charge we were asked to pay for a guided tour as our travel agency in London, did not make this clear when booking. Although they say the guided tour is optional, we were informed by Daniel, the local Polish agent, that you are not allowed to go on your own during the morning tours so there was no real choice for us as our tour had been scheduled for the morning. Other than that, the logistics ran like clockwork and I had a very impressive experience.

Poor communication and uncomfortable ride - 1/5
Extremely poor communication despite multiple inquiries using multiple means. Given incorrect information (time of your, pick up site) multiple times. Tiny microbus wedged in like sardines with my shoulders and knees jammed into the seat and I’m 5’4”. General air of disorganization. Tour itself was fine. I would actively avoid using this company again.

Do not go through this provider Get your Guide for this excursion!!! - Do not book by get your guide...
If you don't have a slot on the Auschwitz Memorial's official website, it's because there's a good reason: there's no more space or too many people
