Excellent trip, very well organised. - Our trip was a bucket list trip, our guide Kristoph was very knowledgeable and the tour was excellent. It’s a lot of walking so wear comfortable sturdy shoes and take drinks and snacks for going round. I would highly recommend booking this trip, our driver Peter messaged the night before to introduce himself and give us a pick up time from our hotel. He was friendly and I felt very safe in his van. We were on a shared trip and had some older people who needed a bit extra support, Peter was amazing and so patient with them, answering all their questions. When we arrived he ensured we got in in time for our tour to start and that we knew what to do when we came out. A very well organised trip with a safe and confident driver. Thank you so much Peter, you helped to make our day very memorable.

Auschwitz tour - It was a special experience about ww2 auschwitz birkenau The the driver took us neatly to the destination. And on the way back, the driver brought us back to our hotel nicely

Amazing trip - We had a great time on our tour. Maxim was friendly, polite and very professional. He was safe and cautious getting us to our destinations and also very efficient not only getting out tickets at Auschwitz but also placing us on the queue for an earlier tour at the Salt mine. He was also able to provide us with information and recommendations for our stay in Krakow. He spoke English well and was easy to be understood.

Auschwitz tour - We had a great experience start to finish. Our driver Myron was very pleasant. We had to wait 1/2 hr before we could get in so Myron took us to a restaurant 5 min away to get some coffee so we didn't have to wait around.

Good trip with small faults - The experience at auschwitz and birkenau was good and learning the history and seeing everything in person was unbelievable. However, we booked a smaller group tour and had at least 31 people in our group which meant the tour felt rushed as we couldn’t fit into the rooms that the guide was talking about and had to move quickly through to keep up with the guide who was already moving outside. The time was changed from 10am to 1.20pm. We knew it could fluctuate until the day however, this meant we couldn’t make a plan for the day till we received the conformation the day before. We booked for hotel pick and had a phone call whilst waiting outside stating he was on the far end of the street waiting for us. The trip went well and we enjoyed it but I paid for a smaller group and it was not and hotel pick up and it was not

Never book this scam tour - This tour is scam. Do not book it at all. We paid quite alot money for it with hotel pick up & 24 h free cancellation. 12 h before start they sent message changinig time from 8 am to 6:30 am with a meeting point 30 min away from our hotel, too early and impossible for us to attaind. They did not take responsibility for refund. Do not book this tour.
