Life changing event - The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The lunch was very nice. Recommend good walking shoes. A very good tour

Auschwitz Birkenau tour - Superb trip with an excellent driver. An emotional day but so worth a visit. Lunch was provided which was stunning. Be prepared to walk a lot make sure you wear comfy shoes 😢😂😢

Top tour - Top organized tour. Very impressive. The organizer was clear in communication beforehand. Very nice day had with our driver Daniel. Also the gifs was very friendly and clear in her explanation. All compliments we had an impressive day trip. Highly recommended.

Great tour but was a little disorganised - Prompt pick up and friendly driver.
Auschwitz tour was great with informative guide.
Very disappointed however that no guide was available at Birkenau 'guided tour' so left to look around by ourselves.
Also requested one vegetarian lunch, but it came with ham.

Not a good experience with the tour company - Was picked up at 7.30am and not 8am which was fine and got there 9am.
When we got to Aushwitz we were told we would be going with a Polish guide at 9.45am as the first english would 12pm and just to try and tune in to English on the headset.
We discovered it was a live tour so we could not tune into English.
Contacted the driver by phone and he said there was nothing he could do and try to get our money back. One of the guys who was with us was having none of it and demanded he came back. After lots of heated conversations he said he would get us on 2pm tour but without transport back. After another heated conversation we got on a 2.30pm tour with transport back, by this time it was approximately 11 am. He the advised us to go to Birkenau ourselves first then to go on Aushwitz tour with a guide then we would get back earlier to our hotels. We did Birkenau without guide trying to find out as much we could by reading information signs. Got back to reception about 1.30pm and had a hour wait for Aushwitz tour.
The tour round Aushwitz was really good and we had a great guide.
We got back to Krakow at 7pm but not dropped at hotel but at the square. A 6 and half hour day turned into almost 12 hours by time we got to hotel.
The driver could have sorted it all sooner than he did and his company should have booked us on a English tour before we got there.
Our day was ruined by incompetence.

Scam. - We booked an English tour and in the bus to Auschwitz the driver told us that there are no guides available.
You can’t trust this company so don’t book anything here.

Tour time change made us cancel. - I booked this pretty expensive tour for a 9.00am pick up but the night before received a message changing pick up to 6.20am.
We were not prepared to accept this change so cancelled.

The lunch was good. The rest was bad. - The tour was moved one and a half hour earlier than booked and confirmed. In Auschwitz they did not have English guids. We had do have a Polish guide.
Wery difficult to come in contact with the customer "service".
