You learn through history... - You learn through history of the horrors but nothing prepares you as you walk through those gates, a quote from our guide “we can forgive but we must never forget”, a must for anyone visiting Krakow. Communication pre pickup was excellent and on the day guide was extremely informative.

Auschwitz and Salt Mine Tour - We attended the Auschwitz camp and museum followed on by the Salt mine tour in the afternoon. We were picked up and hour early then listed. Its a long day doing both tours in one but saves a period of driving compared to going to each one individually. Patryk our driver was very pleasant and helpful when needed, We asked about pickup and made a fast response regarding details and pick up details. He collected us from outside our hotel. When each of the tours were done we contacted him and he was always about hands.

Auschwitz - We nearly couldn’t get our tickets because our tour guide forgot to get them prior to our tour, we arrived at 9am then got told I tour won’t start till 12:30pm, but they told us to go to the bigger camp first but we couldn’t have a tour guide round that one, the. Went back to the first camp and got a tour of that camp and the museum, the experience was good! But the organisation from the tour operator could have been a lot better, they also forgot to get our lunches which were included, we had to remind them a number of times

Do not use as they cannot deliver or even just communicate - We pre booked this through our Hotel Ventus Rosa aparthotel as we made a specific trip that cost £1500 to come to Poland. We were collected way too late at 7.30am according to several Polish sources now.We were made to wait in line for 2 hours, passports and cash taken away from us and than been told by staff at Auschwitz that there were no tickets for the day.Very poor service,no communication and I had to literally Demand my money and passports back. They than made us wait another 1 hour as our bus had mysteriously left. The company staff were less than helpful, they have cost me over £1500 and been left with a feeling of been cheated.Don’t use this company be warned only use reputable companies for large site visits, unfortunately all the excuses they pile on me won’t compensate for the shocking lack of communication during this ordeal,no doubt the hotel needs to more carefully picking their suppliers as they in turn have a duty of care to their guests, this has rather created a nasty vibe between myself and this most unhelpful hotel, with loads of shrugging shoulders.Very Disappointing is an understatement.

Don't use them! - They did not have the tickets or tour guide in place. They texted me the night before saying you will have to stand in line and wait. (Thought they got the tickets already as in advertisement?) They hope to get in as i did not hope to pay them but rather paid and was expecting to get in.... all in all don't book with them it's a scam. Do it all online for free. Just take the train there and walk the 15 mins to museum. I felt bad for the older gentleman who looked like he may never see the place as of his age now. I may come back but never use this tour group. I hope they get taken off TripAdvisor as this is a pure scam.

Avoid - Arrived at the camp, waited for 2 hours to then be told there was no tickets available. Had to then return to the city.

No bargain, just a cheap tour. Recommend you check elsewhere. - Totally misadvertised. Was not comfortable or the minivan guaranteed or the hotel pick up. None of which you baited us with was true. You call yourselves Comfort tour, it was the most uncomfortable over packed bus and we were told 11 hours before that we needed to meet them almost 2 hours earlier and that they would not pick us up at the hotel. That was the start of a miserable experience. There was inadequate time to see the sites and poor interpretation. Would strongly recommend against this choice. When I complained, you directed me to some fine print that was not near the top. Good luck to others eading such contracts. The summary should be much more accurate. You should tell people that it is cheap because you do a poor job.

Disappointed - Book the trip in January For Auschwitz well in advance, the date of the trip was made for 16th April. On the actual day the driver picked us up at our hotel 7.00am Then went on to pick up the rest of the party which was 8 of us in all, We then set off to Auschwitz We arrived at the camp at 8.30 am, the driver asked our passports or documents, then told us to stand in the queue he disappeared he was gone for a considerable amount of time. He came back at 10:30 am And told us there was no English speaking guide, he did say he would get us guidebooks. He told us we had to Birkenau first but needed to be back at 11:00, he told us to just hop on the bus and sent us On our own without any guide. By the time we arrived we had only 45mins to look around, which was very rushed. We arrived back and had to phone him because he disappeared, he gave us our tickets for the 11:15 tour, once inside we were told to follow the guide who spoke Polish. So we couldn't understand a word she said. We had to ask for guide books he mumbled about the price of them but did go and get 4, which he asked us to return to him. We made the Trip to Krakow purposely for the Visit and this isn't what we believed to have booked. We felt very disappointed not to have an English speaking guide, and ended up reading the information from the signs. The whole experience was rushed and disappointing.
