Your first stop is the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, followed by a direct trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Our driver will ensure your comfort during transportation and assist you at both locations!

• Due to high visitor numbers at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, the tour may be rescheduled to the following day as per the museum’s policy.
• Detailed information will be provided the day before the trip.
• If the tour is canceled, we can reschedule it to a day that best suits the client or split the tour over two days! The customer can choose the option that works best for them.
- During this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
- The maximum size of hand luggage is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
- Valid student ID allows you to get a youth discount. You need to show your ID at the Entrance to verify your name and age.
- We will pick you up from the place where you will be staying, so please provide this information when booking.
- This tour is not recommended If you struggle with claustrophobia or walking disabilities. There are 800 steps on the way, including 380 right at the start.
- The maximum size of hand luggage is 35 x 20 x 20 cm. This is a little bit more than the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
- Temperatures inside the mine range between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius so please bring warm clothing and wear comfortable shoes.
- In Wieliczka Salt Mine prepare to descend over 300 steps - no elevator is available. On the way back whole group is lifted by an elevator.
- Not recommended for travelers with claustrophobia or walking disabilities.

Sad - The person who handled everything was amazing the taxi driver looked after us all day, ran So smooth only thing that let it down was the Que at auschwitz was bad but worth the wait….

Sombre, shocking, eye opening but well worth the visits - Bucket list visit only knew about auschwitz and birkenau from films and stories but to actually go there it is a must when visiting Poland our driver Kirk was great and stayed with us all day and was very helpful with the distribution of our tickets because as we are British things can get very confusing the salt mines where excellent knowing you are so far under ground and the air is so clear lots of steps so be warned our guide for both trips were very knowledgeable which was a great extra all in all a very good but busy day

A little too much for me - The 04.20am start set the tone for the day. Text whilst in the airport to say the 7.00am start was moved back due to no allocated Auschwitz tickets, I had paid so went along with it. I got to my hotel 9pm so very little sleep. No breakfast due to start time. Pawel the driver was great but the whole day was spoilt for me with this queing for tickets. We got tickets after queing. The tour to Auschwitz was informative but very rushed this is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No stops then we travelled to the saltmine. It again wasnt mentioned the amount of steps to go down or the 2.5km walk involved after the mega walk at Auschwitz this to me was too much. On exiting the saltmine we queued 30 mins to get the lift very badly managed.

Stay clear of WR8way tour operators - The tour operator WR8Way cancelled my trip at 9pm the night before I was meant to go. They offered a trip the following day but I was unable to make contact with them to confirm. Despite several attempts to make contact using Viator, the booking agent, they never responded. By the time I realised I had been scammed, it was too late to book another trip, I never got to visit Auschwitz, the main reason for my trip to Krakow.

Great if you want to be abandoned! Rarely leave reviews but you should read - This experience is not worth it. They promised tickets online but we simply went to the standby line first thing in the morning. You could transport yourself and wait in the standby line for much cheaper. Complete misrepresentation of what they say online. The driver merely transported us while the guides at each site belonged to each respective site. Our driver told us we had plenty of time in the salt mine. We merely did the regular tourist track and the supplementary museum but exited the mine to find we had been abandoned by our group and the driver too. The driver had acknowledged that we had enough time to go to the museum but they had still left without us. There was internet underground so this lack of communication and irresponsibility on the behalf of the driver was unacceptable.

They will pick you up at... - They will pick you up at 4 am. The driver was lovely and the van good as well but instead of picking you up at 7 am they come by 4 because you need to wait in line until 7:30 that you can buy your tickets to enter. Depending on you arrival time you might have to wait there until your turn for another extra hours. The museum and the mines are worth visiting but with better organization for the tickets

Terrible communication - I was told through a long email that the tour would start at 4:15 AM. It was originally booked for 8 AM. I did not see the email until after 4:15 AM. So I was unable to go.
