Take a deep breath and go on a half day trip to the real historical place from the World War II -Nazi Germany’s Concentration Camp Auschwitz Birkenau. Learn about the murderous Nazi campaigns against Europe,s Jewish populations.
The English guide tells the story about conditions and live of prisoners and show the remains of barracks, watchtower, railway ramps, gas chambers and crematorium. After completing the sightseeing, return back to Cracow and finish the tour at the reception of your hotel.
- VISITING PACE: Please note that there are hundreds of people visiting the Auschwitz Museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible.
- DEPARTURE TIME: You will be picked up from your selected location between 5:30am to 1:30pm depending on museum’s availability to start the tour. Select your most favorable timeslot and we will try to fit you in, but it is not a guarantee. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location.
- LUGGAGE SIZE: Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of any baggage allowed in The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is 30x20x10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
- WEATHER: We operates in all weather conditions, during this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
- HOTEL PICKUP: Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.
- In order to enter the Auschwitz Musuem customer must provide tour provider with full names of all participants. Otherwise customers won’t be allowed to enter.
- ID DOCUMENTS: Every visitor has to bring ID to verify. Otherwise the security might refuse enter the Musuem

A sobering experience - A sobering trip but well worth doing. Only problem was we had booked a 10
00am pick up from our hotel, but we received a text the afternoon before , saying due to a lack of guides our pick up would now be 07.00 am! Not ideal as we missed breakfast. In hindsight we were glad of the early start as it's a very long day. Our driver and tour guide were both excellent. Would recommend.

Great service. Dawid was friendly and helpful - Had a great day visiting Auschwitz. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Dawid was super friendly and helpful. Our transport was a comfortable small van with only 8 people so felt very private.
Highly recommended to use this travel company.

A powerful but difficult experience that everyone should have - A powerful but difficult experience that everyone should have.
I went solo but joined a group with whom I shared a driver (from and back to Krakow, and between Auschwitz and Birkenau), the wonderful and helpful Ivan who kept us safe and cool (air conditioning and even lent me his umbrella so the 29 degree sun wouldn't cook me when we had mostly no shade for the 50 hectares of Birkenau). We joined a bigger group and had a really knowledgeable guide who did not just tell us fact but also related a poignant story. It was hard to hear especially seeing children among the victims but I am grateful to know more than what I have read, watched in movies or guessed. Facts are important and knowledge of such history is essential.

Fabulous tour everything was perfect driver was excellent and very nice person - Fantastic experience
Would not do again as it has very explicit displays making it very real
But everything was very well done with our guide very good and our driver went way over with his help and attention and lovely friendly manner

Hard to complain - Auschwitz itself was educational and sobering. Our tour guide was average and the driver less than. But given the subject of tour, how can we complain about anything!

Great experience but tour could have been slower - The actual places were great to see but the actual tour was not very good. The guide moved to fast and you lost what was being spoke about because half the group were still looking in another area.

BE CAREFUL، 10AM TOUR WITH HOTEL PICKUP MEANS 6AM 15 MINUTES AWAY. - I am absolutely furious with TripAdvisor and viator. I booked a 10am trip and only after contacting the organiser was advised this was actually a 6am pick up 15 minutes from my hotel. I asked to cancel as we'd only just arrived in krakow and was told ok, then refunded ZERO. I literally booked this an hour ago and have had to pay the entire amount. Ridiculous

Offering 10am Options that Do Not Exist - I selected this more expensive tour from many others because they had a 10am start time. I specifically could not do earlier. The options for different times are displayed clearly on their website, and after booking I received a confirmation for 10am. Despite this, I received a Whatsapp message the day before that I would be picked up at 6am, and would have to wait in line for a 1-1.5 hour queue to get tickets. I responded immediately that 6am was not possible for me. I was told that I could get a refund through Tripadvisor, but after contacting them they responded days later that this was not possible with 0 explanation. This is modern day thievery. You cannot clearly and openly advertise tours at a certain time that do not exist. And then try to steal the money of people who cannot make the time of a tour that they did not sign up for. Clear and simple. I will be launching investigations with all relevant agencies and citing this company for fraud until my stolen money is returned. I recommend avoiding this company and all of its tours at all costs.
