Perfect Family Cooking/Cultural Experience! - Our family (my 3 teenage children and me) loved the cooking class with Jiny!!! It was a highlight of our trip and a perfect way to spend our last day in Seoul. The food was delicious, the instruction was excellent, and the class inspired us to recreate the Korean dishes at home. We are from the U.S. and enjoyed sharing the class with one other family from Singapore, and also loved meeting Jiny's husband and daughter. Jiny speaks English very well and was interesting, warm, funny, and generous with her knowledge and love of Korean culture. Thank you for the cooking experience and sharing your skills, secrets, and world with us!

Wonderful! Every aspect! - This experience was perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn how to cook Korean dishes and learn more about Korean culture. The host Geenie spoke great English and was personable and enthusiastic. I learned a ton about each of the 5 dishes: how to prepare and cook them, possible variations, history and word meanings. We had 4 people in our class and she smoothly kept us all on the same page throughout the steps. The meal tasted delicious and there was more than I could eat! Afterward she led an insightful tour through the neighborhood alleys (about 20 minutes) as she shared culture and insider tips. I would gladly do this again with friends! The name appears as “dalbitkuku” on Korean maps (NAVER app). Then look for the yellow sign in the alley.

따님분 그리고 남편분과 항상 행복하시길 바라겠습니다 저와 여자친구에게 이메일로 따뜻한 말씀 전해주셔서 너무 너무 감사합니다 :) If you want to have a real and relaxed experience about the korean cooking than you should definitely book a class with Jiny. She really knows what she is talking about and also gives some historical facts while making the food. Jiny had a really nice communication style and holds a lovely aura around her. I couldn’t imagine having a cooking class anywhere else! Thank you so much Jiny! -규호 & 쉘시 - -Kyuho & Shelsey-

One of the best family experiences we had in Korea!!! - This class was a highlight of our time in Seoul. My entire family including adult children who don’t generally cook, had a great time and raved about it. The recipes were awesome, taste was spot on, and now apparently my wife wants me to purchase the hot stone bowls to continue making this at home. Talking with Jiny was great, her English is superb so don’t worry, she will effectively communicate everything clearly.

Fun in the Korean Kitchen - WHAT FUN to cook authentic Korean dishes, taught by our incredible instructor, chef Jiny! We had a small group of three and Jiny really took her time to explain how each step works. We all had a lot of fun cooking and then eating our rewards. 😊 Was one of the most delicious meals I had in Korea, if I do say so myself. 😜 Jiny then took us around the neighborhood. Was a great few hours spent, NOT in the crazy heat. I enjoyed every minute of this class and can’t wait to try what I’ve learned back home. Thank you, Jiny!

The best part of our time in Seoul - Jiny is a delightful teacher who loves sharing the cultural significance of each dish. This was the best part of our travels as she enthusiastically explained each step of the food preparation. Plus, it was delicious! Her hospitality was warm, with beverages, photo opportunities, and an interesting alley tour. We very much enjoyed our time and will do it again when we visit in the future.

Its amazing! - I stumbled upon this cooking class by chance, and it turned out to be far better than I expected. The dishes—Bulgogi, Japchae, Sanjeok, Bibimbap, and Kimchi Pancake—tasted just like what you'd get at a great restaurant, and the cooking process was really enjoyable. Jiny was kind, patient, and explained everything so well. She's truly a wonderful person. If I come back to Korea, I would definitely love to visit again!

Such a Wonderful Experience - Jiny Chef’s cooking class was absolutely wonderful. Jiny was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Korean cuisine. She made my whole family feel welcome and at ease throughout the class. Today we made Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Japchae, Sanjeok, Kimchi Pancake, and Soybean Stew. With the recipes she provided, I’m excited to try making them again at home. The alley tour was also impressive, and we took lots of great photos along the way. Thank you for such a meaningful experience. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Korea!
