Join forces with one of our gastronomy enthusiasts to delve into the culinary scene of Hong Kong within the vibrant Kowloon district after sunset. Embark on a gastronomic journey through bustling night markets sampling everything from succulent steamed crab to crispy fried octopus tentacles, or venture to Dundas Street to discover the gaai, home to quaint bars offering an array of beverages from traditional herbal concoctions to classic beers!

Within a day of making your reservation, you’ll receive a brief survey to share details about your personality and preferences. Your answers will guide us in pairing you with a host who shares your interests. This host will reach out to you to propose a personalized itinerary that showcases the city’s unique character. You’ll also coordinate a convenient time and location to meet. Remember, the itinerary is adaptable, so you’re free to modify your plans as you go along during the outing.

Eat your way around traditional night markets where you can try everything from steamed crab to fried octopus tentacles or head to Dundas Street and explore the gaai, where you’ll find tiny bars selling drinks ranging from herbal medicines to beers!

Within 24 hours after booking you’ll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you’ll be assigned a like-minded local host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

• Your Local Host may also suggest adjustments or new routes if they feel that there is something just around the corner that you may enjoy, or perhaps if the weather affects your itinerary.
• Although you will see well known eateries and stores, your Local Host will also help you to discover the places, things and stories that you won’t find in a guidebook and that make the city unique.
