- • When there are extreme weather conditions (typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted and the red/black rainstorm warning signal is in effect), the tour might be canceled, and the date will be changed or refunded depending on the situation.
- If the boat’s sails cannot be raised due to weather and safety conditions - no refund will be granted for such reason.
- On certain days, there may be commercial promotions displayed on the sails, which may affect the appearance of the iconic red sails.
