Family trip to Hong Kong - Mr Man was a great guide and overall a good experience. It was raining when we went to the peak but fortunately the weather cleared so we could see the view. The lazer show at the harbour was very disappointing as it is hyped up in the ads bug fails to deliver any wow factor

Cheated - No communication with the operator . We need to call the operator . Which not show , only driver was sent to pick us up late 4.40pm. The so call plan tour , were not carried out , we were being drive to the peak tram without telling why should we need to take the tram and queue for 1 hour when the driver can just drive us there in 15 minute . We do not know where to walk when reach the peak , only was call to meet up for pick up to go for next destination.. when drive thru a golden flower , driver ask whether we want to go down to take , then we ask what is that for , he advise that is the next destination, so we just drive thru , then reach the ferry , we were told to board then when arrive at the pier , go down and look for a clock. When we reach the clock is 7.10 pm , we did not go anyway , cause we do not want to miss out the pick up. The driver pick us 8.15pm and sent us back to hotel which is only a 4 hour drive around and walking without any proper guide. Basically , we are a tourist who need a tour guide , to show us around that why we book the tour with a tour guide , not a driver who do not know anything. Very disappointed and request for refund
