Worth doing - Enjoyable tour that went to all the key spots. Longer in Perast would have been appreciated, but understand the tour is only two hours.

Quick Stop in Beautiful Perast - Good trip, very nice boat however, more time on Perast (30 mins) and less time on the island with the church (30 mins) would have been better. Better still, leave people on Perast the choice of coming back on a later boat.

Worth a short visit! - The tiny coastal town of Perast boasts 16 churches and 17 formerly grand palazzos in its 1.5km stretch. The lady of the rocks is one of the 2 islets off the coast of Perast and is man made. It can be reached by boat and offers far reaching views which are beautiful. A must see as part of a day tour as only an hour or so is required.

Speedboat trip to Our Lady of the Rocks and Perast. - We enjoyed a lovely speed boat trip to Our Lady of the Rocks and Perast, we didn’t get to spend much time at either place, a bit longer at Perast would have been good. The captain was very friendly and helpful, perhaps a little bit of commentary about the landmarks and sights would have been helpful, but overall we really enjoyed the experience.

Jet2/Kompas trip : Prepare to waste a lot of time for nice views and short time off the bus - Ask more questions than we did before you book this 13+ hour trip. Guide was OK and knowledgeable. Church and Kotor stop were interesting . . . but long boring day for the main part. Booked with our Jet2 Hotel Representative but tour is operated by local company Kompas. We knew it would be a long day but Jet 2 and the tour operator literature really don't tell you how much of the day is spent queueing. Multi hotel pick-up is usual but did get us off to a slow start ( we were first pick-up, so others were spared some of this ). The border crossing was over 2 hours with the bus stationary getting out of Croatia. Not as long getting into Montenegro, as they use passenger lists, not passports. We were told it is often longer. As soon as we were through the bus stopped for toilet break etc. Small garage only and gents toilet closed. About a hundred people queuing out onto the forecourt. Tiny church and long wait to get in and couldn't hear the guide. 2 hours free time in Kotor when eventually got parked up to drop us off (large cruise ship blocking view of sea ). The town was heaving. Bus got stuck and was 45 mins late picking us up and then joined the line of hundreds of buses trying to get out. Border better on way back but it was very late. Had 20 mins to get dinner when got back before hotel restaurant closed. We didn't think the sights, although beautiful, were really worth spending 13 hours of valuable holiday time
