The personal touch - Our tour with Dragan exceeded our expectations in every way. Dragan had extensive knowledge of the history of Montenegro spanning over the last millennium and we enjoyed hearing about that as we looked over sweeping panoramas and beautiful monuments. Montenegro is beautiful to look at even without the background, but learning the history gives it a richness that feels much more powerful. But what really made this tour a one-of-a-kind, standout experience was the personal touch. Learning about the lives of the Montenegrin people through chatting with Dragan and then finally as Dragan shared his own home, and his family's homemade prosciutto and rakija with us, and local wine made by his friends and neighbors. We got to see the pictures of his ancestors, family heirlooms, homemade crafts, and other pieces of cultural memorabilia. We saw where his family cures and smokes hundreds of legs of prosciutto and learned in depth about the labor that goes into process of prosciutto production. For us, it was this personal touch that made Dragan's tour an unforgettable highlight of our trip here in Montenegro. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to get more intimately acquainted with the local culture.

Best scenic tour - This was by far the best experience we had on the trip! Dragan was super knowledgable, and answered any question we asked. After the scenic tour we went to his family home and ate the best prosciutto and goat cheese we’d ever had (and we are meat and cheese lovers). This is a must do, I highly recommend!

10/10 experience, made our trip! - Wow - this was easily one of the MOST memorable parts of our trip. Dragan was amazing, he taught us so much about Montenegro's culture & history on the drive up. He let us stop for many view points and photo ops (despite it being way too cloudy to really see anything lol) and after the Mausoleum, he took us to his house in his village where we got to see his prosciutto smokehouse, and sit around a table sampling rakia, cheese + meat boards, and wine. This felt like a true local experience and we loved it, it really made our entire day! You should definitely book this experience if you're considering it, because while the Lovcen National Park tour is amazing, the best part is getting to go to Dragan's village and try some local food and learn about his culture. We really loved it. Thank you Dragan!

It was wonderful and will remain a great memory for us. - This tour offers a beautiful and personal insight into the surroundings of Kotor, combined with a culinary experience. The tour guide, Mili, was incredibly friendly, and we had wonderful conversations about the country and its people. We would definitely recommend the tour and book it again.

Stunning views and amazing local food - What a brilliant trip. Dragan was a fantastic host, taking us up into the hills to see the stunning Boka Bay and the Lovcen National Park and sharing his in depth knowledge of Montenegro. Stopping off for lunch was a highlight. He smokes his own prosciutto, procures goats and cows cheese from his neighbours and distills his own wine, liqueurs and local firewater. Being able to sit, eat and drink overlooking the mountains was beautiful. Thanks Dragan for a memorable trip.

Great trip whit the best guide - We had a very nice trip with Dragan. He is a knowledgeable and pleasant man. During the car trip up to Lovcen National Park, we got a lot of information; both historically and about how Montenegro works today. The many steps up to Njego's mausoleum was an exercise in itself, the view from the top absolutely fantastic. Njegusi is a nice little village. At Dragan's home, we were served cured meats, cheese and wine. Very good food. Both adults and teenagers enjoyed themselves around the table. We chose to leave the trip for the afternoon, so that we could enjoy the sunset from the height above the Bay of Kotor. Very happy with it. This is a trip we can really recommend😊
