The tour begins with a pick up from your hotel, we pass by Perast (optional visit to Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks island) a historic sailors’ town with narrow streets and Baroque palaces. While hiking to the summit we pass by stone houses and captains’ mansions, which stand testament to the wealth and power that this area held.

• Fortress of St. Cross - Our first major stop is at Sanik Fortress where we get to enjoy some of the finest views of countryside of Montenegro.

Saint Andrija is a fortress situated high above Boka Bay, providing stunning views of the area. The hike begins in the village of Risan and gradually ascends to an old Austro-Hungarian road from the late 19th century. The trail meanders through small forests, past old villages, and ruins.

Originally designed for horses, the path to the fortress offers scenic views along the way. It winds through a beautiful beech forest where the only sounds are the chirping of birds and the buzzing of insects. As you near the top, the trail opens up to a panoramic view of the bay, with the fortress majestically overlooking it. The view from the Sveti Andrija fortress is often described as breathtaking, encompassing the enchanting Bay of Kotor, Mount Vrmac, and the Verige Strait.
