First up, this is a mountain bike tour. We do not offer tours by e-bike. Be prepared to pedal!
Setting off from Korcula you’ll pass by beautiful countryside, vineyards & olive groves whilst enjoying fantastic views of the village, archipelago and the Peljesac channel. During a couple of rest stops (make sure you bring water) we will share with you local knowledge about the area and answer any of your questions.
Towards the end of the bike ride, you’ll head to two family-run wineries to refresh & reward yourself with delicious wine grown in the area. This includes tastings of Grk, a unique and flavoursome white wine originating from Lumbarda. Traditional appetisers will be served at one winery to accompany your wine tasting.
Once joyfully filled with wine and snacks it’s time to head back to Korcula Town. And relax at ease, we will provide a transfer for you and your bike – so no need to worry about cycling back after a few drinks.
Please read below about the bike ride difficulty.
- Important note about the cycling. Bikes are mountain bikes. We recommend that you have a good level of fitness and experience of riding a bike. You will cycle around 10kms and this includes several hills. The route may include some unlevel surfaces and off road terrain. Keep in mind as well it gets very hot on Korcula, especially from late June until the end of August and you will be cycling in the sun. We would class the ride as moderate but the hills and heat can be more of a challenge for some people. Although the ride is leisurely, we just want to ensure you will be comfortable to complete the ride.

Please meet us at "Plokata" square in Korcula Town. There is a non-working circular metal fountain in the centre and stone benches around the outside. The square is located next to OTP bank.

Great afternoon out - Great bike tour led by John. The bike ride was beautiful (although very hot!!) and the wineries we were taken too were beautiful. So nice we went back the next day to see more.
Was great to learn about the wines made in korcula and to try them.
Would definitely recommend

Delightful!! - The biking was fun and the wineries were excellent! Biking through the beautiful countryside full of olive trees and vineyards required a moderate level of fitness, but the beauty was breathtaking. We stopped at 2 wineries for tastings and both hosts were wonderful. The Sabulum winery stood out, perched over a beautiful beach in Lombarda.

This is a no brainer! - John is the BEST! This is a man who does what he loves and loves what he does. The bike ride was gorgeous and fun and the 2 wineries we ended our trip with were absolutely out of this world. I have never sipped wine with such a view of the mountains and the sea. I'm so glad we added this to our Croatia itinerary. If you are on the fence on whether to sign up, stop thinking about it and just do it. You'll love it!

Amazing bike and wine tour! - Our group of eight had a perfect day with John on this wonderful tour. Riding through the vineyards of Korcula with amazing views and wonderful wine was amazing. An added bonus was John and the informative, fun conversations woven throughout our experience. Couldn't think of anything to improve upon or add. Was just what we hoped for and more! Thank you John for taking such good care of us and enabling this great experience.

A ride with a view and some wine on the way. - An amazing afternoon ride and wine tasting with John. His knowledge of the area and the wineries was sensational as was the scenery. Highly recommend taking this trip, great way to see a very special part of the island and to visit some local family run wineries.

Unforgettable Wine Tour - John was very knowledgeable about the region and wines. He considered everyone’s ability and the temperature as we road to the wineries. Great conversation, food and wine. Would highly recommend this tour. Be sure to bring water. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. PS We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day after spending time at the nearby beach.

Leisurely Bike Journey to Relaxing Wineries - This tour was a wonderful afternoon well spent in the beautiful Croatian countryside learning a little of the history of wine on Korčula and Croatia. Our guide provided great insight and fun answers to our questions along the scenic journey, pausing at good viewpoints along the way. The wineries were delightful, with picturesque views and many great wines served by friendly hosts.

An amazing experience. Highly recommend this tour, so much fun. - Can’t say enough good things about our tour. Big thanks to Rachael for being a great guide but also so warm and friendly. Her communication before the trip was personalised and informative.
We met such lovely people on this tour of 8. The cycle was most enjoyable, taking in vineyards and amazing views along the way. The vineyards themselves were just wonderful. Lovely hosts, beautiful and plentiful wine and some local food.
The company we had really made the day special. We met the nicest people and had such fun .
I’ll remember this day as one of the highlights of my trip to beautiful Korcula.

Amazing time with John and the group! - This was definitely a highlight of our 4 days in Korcula. John creates a really fun atmosphere and our group stayed over an hour past the end time because we were having so much together. The bike ride is lovely, a few hills but nothing crazy. It was pretty warm, so make sure to bring a big 1.5 litre water. The wine tasting and snacks were fabulous and the scenery is unreal. Thanks John!
