In total you will cross 2 kilometers in your own tempo. - Bay of the Bones Museum - Visit the museum on water, also known as ‘Bay of Bones’. This archeological complex functions as an authentic reconstruction of the prehistorical pile dwelling settlement. Nowadays it’s one of the most attractive destinations on Lake Ohrid. You will learn about this drowned fishing village, which could be seen as one of the oldest settlements in the Balkan. - Lake Ohrid - Short boat trip over lake Ohrid to the beach, which is only accessible by boat. - Pestani - Enjoy a well deserved BBQ lunch on the beach near Pestani. This place is only accessible by boat and it’s magnificent location serves as a beautiful swimming spot. Work on that suntan, swim or drink while your lunch is being prepared on the grill. This relaxation will serve as a nice achievement for the earlier hike. - Lake Ohrid - The boat will bring you back to the shore of Pestani.

The aesthetic mountain Galica acts as a separator between the 2 lakes of Ohrid and Prespa. Due to its appeal and size, this piece of nature has been recognized as one of the natural parks of Northern Macedonia. The top of the mountain, called Magaro, has an amazing height of 2254 meters.

After a walk of about 2 hours and 3 km. crossed, visit the prehistoric village ‘Bay of Bones’. After that you will be rewarded with a tasty lunch on the beach, which is only accessible by boat. So bring swimsuits and towels!
