Recommended as the tour gives a little insight into the Rhine and sights - Really nice boat trip in nice weather and the possibility to choose whether you want to sit outside or inside. Many options for drinks and food/cake. Nice with German and English guide.

Good value and a lovely way to spend a few hours, especially with a bottle of wine too! - Booking was very easy as were the instructions where to meet the next day. It would have been nice to be informed you could eat etc during the trip with a copy of the menu etc. however, we did enjoy ourselves and a bottle of wine too. Bit unclear on the cruise as to what the recorded commentary was referring too. We are English so our commentary came second so we’d passed the house, castle etc the commentary was referring too. Maybe a pamphlet with pictures of what we’re looking at would be more helpful?

Romantic Rhine walk, 2 or 3 days - It is a nice walk to see from the river the landscape and castles. It is good to complement it with a walk overland (especially by car) that allows you to enter the different villages. The ship only has the explanations in German and English. Too bad they don't do it in other languages Recommended

Boat factory very noisy - The boat was half full but there was already a lot of noise. Half the places are sheltered, the other outside. It rained, so everyone was inside. Luckily the boat wasn’t full otherwise we would be on top of each other in this factory boat. In addition to the noise there is the explanation sound , in German, which nobody seems to listen to . You can have lunch on the lower deck, and drink or eat pizzas (from 12€) for example, salads etc, on the upper deck. Besides, everyone is focused on their meal, it speaks loudly, and it’s not about the landscape. 2 in any case we only see 2 castles. Between the group of screaming Chinese and screaming children, two hours of very painful cruising, There is no romanticism. I wanted a cruise with up to 50 people but it doesn’t exist, too bad.

Was overall ok - Boat itself was great. And the views incredible. But Do not have the plum cake… was dry and horrible. And expensive. The audio in English was too quiet. At times hard to understand if a train was going by or people chatting.

Commentary - We could not her the commentary. There was not a large crowd because it was a colder, rainy day so noise was not a problem. the volume was turned down too much. I would recommend only if the volume was turned up.

Water not allowed in 33 degree weather - Had a bad experience with the staff. I could not get my water bottle out even in full sun in 33 degree weather, because “gastronomie”. The fact that you cannot bring your own water on board makes it hard to recommend, considering other similar boat tours allow you to bring your stuff,
