2 Fabulous days with 5 Star Marine - We were in Phuket for 2 days on a cruise. Background of us: Myself, my blind husband, and adult daughter. The ship tours were not at all appealing and typically had many many people in each group. After doing considerable research we found 5 Star Marine. We booked private because we wanted some control of the plan, but ultimately after discussing with our guide we went with their suggestions based on us telling them our likes and dislikes. I am writing one review for each day since each trip was very different. The first day focused on snorkeling and beach time. Communication prior to the trip was excellent and after getting off our ship tender we walked to the meeting place and were met by Joon who was holding a sign with my name on it. He immediately called the taxi who was minutes away and we rode to the marina on the other side of the peninsula in comfort while learning more about the area from Joon. When we arrived at the marina we reviewed the large map and confirmed where we were headed. We then boarded a VERY LARGE boat for the 3 of us, we had the guide (Joon) the boat pilot, and one additional helper. They did share that it would be bumpy as we left the harbor area, but it was not too bad. We arrived at the first island to find very clear water and amazing snorkeling. After all the time we wanted there, we went to an even quieter bay and very much enjoyed our snorkeling there too. As we toured to a beach spot they brought out fruit and drinks. The beach stop was great, and included hot food, and comfy chairs in the shade. We ordered some local food and had a very relaxing time. On the way back in to the Marina we stopped and tossed the remaining fruit to the monkeys. Many Thanks to Joon and the staff for a wonderful day!

Unmatched Customer Service and Attention to Detail! - From the moment we booked with 5 Star Marine, their customer service and attention to detail were simply outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and requirements. Alex, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! He’s such a kind and patient person. He showed us the true beauty of the islands, including some hidden spots that were just breathtaking and completely uncrowded. Alex was incredibly patient, letting us take countless photos and even using his own camera to capture some amazing shots for us. We booked 5 Star Marine to explore the islands off Phuket, and it was an adventure of a lifetime. We saw incredible marine life and swam in some of the most stunning places on earth. Snorkelling was a highlight, especially because my wife, who had never snorkelled before and isn’t the most confident swimmer, was swimming like a pro within minutes, thanks to Alex’s guidance. She loved it so much that I’ve promised we’ll do it again. Towards the end of the day, we went canoeing around one of the James Bond Islands (I think it was island no.2). This was a special anniversary present for my wife, and the team made sure she felt truly special. They even surprised us with a cake and Champagne, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable day. Shaun and the team know how to make you feel like a VIP, and it started even before we hit the water! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel in a private luxury minivan with a Bluetooth sound system and first-class reclining seats. It was pure comfort and luxury. The entire team was amazing, from the booking staff to the admin team, transport staff, boat driver, and crew. A special shoutout to Shaun and Niki, who spent a lot of time ensuring everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend 5 Star Marine enough! Just go ahead and book with them—you won’t regret it! We’re already planning to return in the new year with our parents and in-laws to share this incredible experience with them. A huge thank you to everyone at 5 Star Marine—you truly are the best in the industry!

Engagement on the boat - Nook and the team were excellent. Having the flexibility of different options and timing was really great. Coral beach was a highlight. And watching the sunset from the boat is a must. A great way to get engaged!

Amazing 🥰 - Amazing day for a group of 12 Adults and young teens. Her English was amazing. Communication before and after was on point. Boat was brand new, captain was very good slowing down over bigger waves. Gear was in great condition. Thank you for making our day perfect.

Cannot miss this tour! - We booked a private boat tour with our tour guide Kris and he was very tentative to our trip. Tour was on time, professional, unique, fun, great destination choices. Lunch, snack and drinks were good. The whole family had an awesome time!

An amazing day on a speed boat making wonderful memories with fab friends - The company went out of their way to create a bespoke trip for us from phi phi islands to james bond island as well as including kayaking and snorkelling all in one trip. An amazing day where we were treated like royalty by Beer and Sonny from the time we were picked up. ( buffet breakfast at quayside much appreciated !) We also went to a fantastic restaurant -(see pic) for an outstanding 5 * lunch and were provided with a fridge of cold drinks, beers and fruit on the boat. A really special day Thank you -would highly recommend couldn’t have been better x

5 Star Experience with 5 Star Marine - Our family recently spent a wonderful day aboard a private boat tour with 5 Star Marine. The crew took us to the most beautiful spots for snorkelling which were not crowded even though it was high season. We had an awesome time jumping from the boat and swimming in the crystal clear waters. The snorkelling gear was the best I have ever had provided on a snorkelling tour - the crew were so attentive from the moment we stepped aboard and provided a 5 Star experience through out the day. I had mentioned during booking that this was a special treat for our family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The crew surprised my husband with a cake on board along with a delicious fruit platter - now that is next level service!

5 Star Transfer and Tour - 5 Star Marine provided us with a great private tour for transferring from staying in Phuket to our hotel in Phi Phi Islands stopping to snorkel at Mae Ton, lunch at Banana Beach on Coral Island, and snacks on board. They provided all the equipment needed to snorkel and let us enjoy our time on Coral Island. Their communication was excellent when planning and customizing, plus following up with photos from our tour. They picked us up from our hotel, took us to the marina which was fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and when arriving to Phi Phi, pulled us right up to our hotel on Ton Sai Beach. Our guide, Nook was friendly, accommodating and assured we had a memorable day. Definitely 5 star service!

AMAZING DAY WITH THE BEST BOAT TOUR COMPANY IN PHUKET!! - If we could rate more than 5 Stars we would! An amazing day on the coral islands, dolphin spotting, snorkelling and then to top it off a beach bbq! The crew are the best and we are booking another tour before we leave! Dolphin spotting and Snorkeling Tour - 5 Star Marine was responsive and easy to deal with from the get go. They watched the weather and made accommodations to ensure our trip would be safe and enjoyable. The boat was very clean, service was great, and our guide, Phi was friendly and helpful. We would definitely use 5 Star again in the future.
