Interesting tour, great guide - The tour was very interesting. Our guide, Popi, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, full of funny anecdotes about past tours, very nice and personable. She had extensive knowledge about the palace. She also gave us some good restaurant recommendations.
Go early, it's crowded. Lots of buses. We drove, found parking easily. Was helpful to have a guide as we were able to buy our tickets without waiting in line.
It was an interesting tour, don't miss it if you're in Heraklion.

Just what you want for Knossos - Our guide Popi was full of information and knowledge. She hustled us expertly around the Knossos site between the large tour groups, so that we had the best experience. We highly recommend this tour! She also prompted us for things to look for at the museum (which we went to on our own later) and gave us some good suggestions for restaurants.

Knossos brought to life! - Katerina
is AMAZING! She was knowledgeable and presented the story of the "Labyrinth" in a manner that brought the palace and myth to life. It was a plus that she works at the excavation site and was able to answer specific questions about the work they are currently doing at Knossos. Our tour was at 6pm. The weather was lovely and crowds were non-existent. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Crete!

Hire Popi!! Incredible guide and experience - Fantastic experience. My wife and I met our guide Popi at the front of the grounds. She was immediately accommodating and helped us access the palace. Once within she taught us so much about the Minoans, the palace, and the legends.
We both felt enriched, like we were gifted with knowledge you can’t get just walking around the grounds. Later in the day we actually had more questions about the Minoans and she responded so thoughtfully with more incredible insight.

Informative, Interesting and Enthusiastic - Our Knossos guided tour was very interesting and the details and enthusiasm provided by Filia helped us to better understand and appreciate the amazing Minoan and Cretan culture. The stories and insights provided spanned the range from prehistoric to modern times, and how Knossos and Crete fit into the regional development. Certainly our visit to Knossos was a highlight of our time in Crete.

Great tour of the palace! - Fabulous tour of Knossos Palace! Our guide Anastasia was wonderful. She explained things and wove together the complex history of the place in a way that was entertaining and informative. Her English was flawless
