Awesome - All three of my 17 year old sons had a ball on the water slides and the wave pool. We will return when visiting Orlando Florida again.

Amazing Orlando Waterpark - Our family visited with our two boys 8 and 10 and we had a blast. Staff members were super pleasant and helpful. Slides were fun and lines were short compared to Volcano Bay.

H20 water park - The staff were so friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Music was great. It was extremely clean. Lots of seating. Small water park but it was a great day and the lines were short.

Funday with the kids! - Kids really enjoyed all the waterslides and we enjoyed a break from the typical theme parks in the area. All in all a fun day.

HIDDEN FEES - today Saturday, mistakenly bought a ticket for weekday for whole week $50, forced me to upgrade to $60 to get in. I want to cancel too much hassle and dishonesty, we want refund, they say NO. Since our ticket is $60 for each person, we want to upgrade to a seasonal pass for $65, they say NO. And sadly, my ticket is now $60 for 1 dây instead for a week. Sorry, they don’t treat customers respectfully, I am out.

Very Poor. Continues to decline each year! - My family have been annual pass holders since the park opened. Over the years, they have removed various services within the park. No more live streaming. No soda refill machines. No large family pizzas. Smaller alcohol products at higher prices (the most expensive theme water park bar I've ever seen in Florida. 5 drinks came to $100). Removed the volleyball court and no longer heat the pools which is the biggest issue. Pool temperatures are advertised at entry to the park which is a brave move considering they were showing slightly over 60 degrees Fahrenheit. I think they do this to cover themselves from anyone looking for a refund. No waterpark is fun when then water is so so cold. Clearly the park is facing financial issues which explains the many cuts in services over the years and pool heating. We would go multiple times every year. Will only visit now during the summer months where the water will be slightly warmer.

Believe the poor reviews! - We received free passes as part of our stay at the Margaritaville resort for the H20 waterpark. I would like to add this is an aquatic center not a waterpark. I had read some of the reviews ahead of time, but it was free so I thought it would be fun for my 18 and 20 year olds. First off no workers talk or greet you upon entry they look half asleep like they can't be bothered to greet you in anyway. We walked in and it was empty, very few people. This park is run down, dirty, I saw three people with cuts who stated they were cut from the floor of the lazy river. My kids went down a few slides, nothing exciting. However, my daughter stated their was a crane with workers working on the slide she went down...safe huh lol! I was on crutches and asked a lifeguard if I could sit on a higher chair since I can't bend my knee....she told me no, so I asked for a supervisor. The teenage supervisor walked over to me and said, "what's the problem" I explained to her I had a recent knee injury and can't bend my knee to sit that low...by the way Im standing there with crutches. She informed me that I could rent a cabana so I could get a higher chair! I pointed out to her that the 20 cabanas around the wave pool were empty and can I just use a chair to move over to the lawn chairs. She rudely said "no!" You have to rent a cabana. So I told her she has no respect for people with disabilities and I was leaving her park and she said, "So" I packed up my stuff hobbling to the exit. Once outside I had no problem letting patrons deciding on entry about the park and they left based on my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and had a lengthy discussion with the owner of Margaritaville and he will take this into consideration with further marketing with them. Don't waste your time or $ here! We should have went to Aquatica which we have done over the years.

Worst waterpark I ever been too. Please read and go with caution - Worst experience possible. I would not return after being there for an hour. To start they forced my daughter throw out her goggles. They have no shelter or places to stay hydrated. Pavement will burn your feet as they don’t spray the hot pavement to keep your feet cool. They expect you to store your sanders in an unsecured area before riding any slides. I thought Aquatica was bad until this. This is the SHEIN of water parks. Managment needs to take note on what Disney does to provide more safety measures. For one spray down the walkways using the sprinkler system. Another have shaded areas with water since there was an area to have fountain water which is warmer the water in the shower. Lockers are over priced. There is no care for anyone’s safety. I had to complain to the management team at Margaritaville due to I was close to fainting while waiting to go on a slide. It was so bad I didn’t do one slide. People just push and shove in the lazy river. It already looks run down and appears ghetto. This rating deserves a 0.0001/100. I can’t express how horrible it is. No wonder it’s free to resort guest. I hope Managment has an email or way I can have this communicated since I’m not the only one addressing these concerns I see people filing more serious complaint’s and beyond that. So much potential is why I gave it 0.0001% not worth the headache. And I can’t express this enough to avoid going June-September. Save your time enjoy Margaritaville or reach deep in your pocket and stick to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. This place is the SHEIN or Temu of Water Parks. Horrible experience and horrible staff. Rude and wouldn’t care about safety critical concerns.
